MURATA TAMU Solo Performance On One Of The Most Difficult NEMOPHILA Song For Her To Play.. or is it?

Indeed, Murata Tamu claimed that this song is one of the most difficult NEMOPHILA songs for her to play. As a drummer who is in-charge of the drumming in all NEMOPHILA songs, she did include something special somewhere in her notations. However, for this particular song, I don't think she add that special element or spectacular rolls anywhere but on the other hand, the entire drums from start to finish are just brutal so I think I get what she meant when she said this is one of the most difficult song for her.
Since the final arrangements for their earlier works were overseen by Kensuke Akiyama, sometimes he asked Tamu to tone it down a little, but sometimes she was asked to do more.
In HYPNOSIS, for example, Tamu submitted 2 sets of notations and Kensuke Akiyama first taught that the intense drums solo set would be perfect for the live performance, but not for the recordings. However, during the rehearsals, SAKI stepped in and asked Tamu try her crazy notations, which later convinced everyone that it fits the groove of the song entirely.
Murata Tamu is very flexible and resourceful to enhance the tune since she is very prominent in improvisation drumming, one of many qualities shared by musicians with Jazz background. Mastering Jazz drumming technique is more challenging compared to rock or metal drumming. In a nutshell, when a Jazz drummer said it is difficult, IT IS difficult.
However, watch Tamu play this song and you can see that it is just like a walk in the park for her. As I mentioned earlier, I get it when she said its difficult but when she's actually doing it, well maybe I just don't get it. I am not sure if she get used to it and became easy over time or the difficult ones are her "favorite playground".
I used to be a frequent visitor to a jamming studio aeons ago and yes I do understand the feeling of slaying the difficult ones without any noticeable errs (by others... I do, since most of the times, I am the culprit hehe), it was very fulfilling and overwhelming that we want to keep doing it.
