    Previous poll results on both this channel and OvD channel regarding the first member approached by mayu to form MAYU SESSION band, whether Hara or Tamu, could be said as equally divided.
    For those who voted Hara and it was solely based on my (lots of) old comments, I am very sorry and I take full responsibility for the misunderstanding.
    As mentioned in this video, it was Tamu! In sequence - Tamu, Hara, SAKI and Hazuki... and Hazuki's encounter stories are the most interesting one in this topic... just wait for it!
    The evidence of the band member gathering sequence will be presented in PART 2 of this video.

      From the information i got Mayu & Hara were classmates in school. It was Mayu who approached Hara to join in after some other members were already in the band. Rumors also said that Hara might be living Nemophila soon. Well, I might be wrong. But still, Hara will be my fav of them all 💗

      I believe nyango star is Junna. 🤔🤘I thought in the past it may have been TAMU but this video proves it's not

      @@MikeDPlxztc me too had theory that Nyango Star = Tamu in disguise but debunked once she announced her guest drummer on her 2nd solo live concert. They played side by side and showed their masterful drumming skills by performing Kurenai together where both were spot on note to note with individually went wild in different parts of the song throughout; and eventually both gave standing ovation to one another.

    What a great video, so interesting for relatively new fans of the Japanese music scene. I got hooked on BAND-MAID in 2018, and next I learned about Lovebites, then Nemophila and Hanabie.
    Now those four bands are practically the only music I listen to.
    This video gave a lot of interesting background information about the Nemophila members in particular, and it also offered a glimpse into how the Japanese Rock/Metal scene works.
    Also, thumbs up for the professional production quality as well as the perfect English narration.
    I really look forward to part 2 of this, and hopefully more videos about other awesome Japanese bands.

Currently we are working on the side-story / sub-episode (Part 1.5) and then Part 2 will enter the production stage as part of the multi episodes NEMOPHILA: The Story series... that we are not sure how many episodes in total with so many to tell with so little to spare - time, resources, materials, etc. This particular video was planned for only 1 episode but as you can see, it became 2 - and fans' feedback in Part 1 made us thought about the needs to explain something, so we squeezed another episode in between, so it became 3.

    Hazuki's name is pronounced how it is spelled. "Ha-ski" is her nickname called out by Mayu, as is "Chakki" (chucky) for Saki. As for order of the group. Mayu has said the order. Her and Haraguchi (school friends) contacted Tamu via social media.. Tamu asked Saki who then suggested Hazuki.

    • @blackucing
      @blackucing  2 года назад +2

      There was conflicting story of the order and yes the first was during an interview just as you mentioned... but that was from an interview and I supposed its just responding as necessary. However, there is one other 'quite recent' story of the chronological order on how it went and also more detailed information about Hazuki's arrivals. From the same source, it was SAKI who brought in Hazuki - true but that's only half of the whole story. The evidence will be presented on PART 2.

    • @radioraffa
      @radioraffa 2 года назад +1

      @@blackucing Well that was the story from Mayu's mouth. Unless you hear something different from her mouth. Then that's the story. I also look forward to hear Hazuki name pronounced properly in Part 2. (not Ha-Ski)

    • @blackucing
      @blackucing  2 года назад +2

      @@radioraffa Yes the story was told by mayu herself during her 'free time' i.e. not being asked or 'demanding setup'. I was about to pronounced SAKI as chakki to create more 'relaxed' environment but the sounds of it with that voice is not appealing... Hazuki's on the other hand sounds natural so Hazuki name pronunciation wont change.

    • @radioraffa
      @radioraffa 2 года назад +1

      @@blackucing Well then use a human voice and not a fake AI voice. Also explain that it is her nickname since this is a informative video. As you kinda of did for Tamu who's real first name is Ai but professional known as Tamu. Hazuki never introduces herself as Ha-Ski. That is just Mayu calling her that on stage during solos. Then Fanboys and poser reactors who don't speak Japanese, just ran with it as her name pronunciation.

    • @blackucing
      @blackucing  2 года назад +3

      @@radioraffa I am already producing videos providing in depth stories for the fans who want to know more about them, and to expose NEMOPHILA to greater audience including providing subtitles for Spanish fans eventhough I am not speaking any....... and... nickname is still a name, recognizable by many and accepted by her, so I don't think its an issue unless it is fundamentally different contextually or by definition. And thank you for taking the time paying attention to the details. Will consider but its not our first priority to attend to.

  • @michelm.6033
    @michelm.6033 2 года назад +1

    I for one enjoyed your video and appreciate the knowledge. As for pronunciations; I would like to be respectful and get it correct. However, I don’t speak Japanese, so I have to trust others that actually do.

    • @blackucing
      @blackucing  2 года назад +2

      If its about Hazuki's pronunciation, actually it was technical issue. The narration was recorded at certain speed and then cut off at certain intervals to match media contents presented on the screen. During the development of this video, I was overwhelmed with the amount of footage to prepare and then put back together again forming the base timeline. After placing everything together, it turns out that prepared footage needs to be longer to accommodate the timing of the recorded narration. I don't have the luxury of time to revisit the initial footage preparation stage, and at the same time, using what's available means there will be gaps (blank screen) on multiple places, simply because I don't have enough footage to fill it with. So, to make it quick and easy, speed up the narration by 0.5 factor and if you noticed, certain pauses were very brief - and that is because I just follow along with the sped up narration without any further adjustment (I was wasted 😅).
      So, all those headache resulted in missing certain syllables and most notably the middle U in Hazuki's name. The U sounds is there but the nature of Z sounds and then going to K sound, it have to cut off properly and the Z sounds stood out as opposed to the U sound in between because U sounds is so subtle compared to the Z sound character itself, I mean the 'zzzz vibration effect'. I don't bother to explain the details because it was no way near the disrespect issue since mayu also said it that way, and with completely silent U. I still have the U but subdued if you listen carefully. I was reluctant to go into details because it was like cherry picking since there were other words affected in that manner, and surprisingly the ending U in Murata Tamu was not badly affected. You can still hear the U sounds clearly but instead, in Japanese, that ending U sound should be subdued (hint: listen to mayu said Tamu's name at NnY after performing OIRAN) ...and it was not mentioned at all in term of mispronunciation, which in fact, very obvious.
      Yes it was a machine TTS and I have to resort to this method for a reason, and since I went into details here, lets keep going.
      I intend to make a video that is available as in understood by the greater audience. To make that possible, subtitles with (auto) translations (capability) in various languages are essentials. YT have the auto detect subtitles features if we specify the video language. Of course the auto in the name means machine-generated, which means, not 100% accurate. I have to download the auto generated one and double check, also fix the timestamp (which are overlapping by nature of YT detection). I am not a native English speaker, anddeventhough its my second language, and my local accent won't help in the already weak auto detection. If I am using my own voice, I need more time to work on the subtitles. And I am not a video production company that have the capacity to hire voice over/narrator.
      Hope that clears the issue, and I am aware of it now to try minimize the mess in the future. Thanks again! 🤘🏻

    Maybe you already knew, but let me add one interesting footnote to Murata Tamu, her supporting a Japanese idol group. Presumably inspired by the success of BABYMETAL and PassCode, an idol group WASUTA started a project to do a gig featuring a band, not pre-recorded tracks. Before the live show (coincidentally at the same venue of Naon no Yaon), they released a series of studio-recorded live performances of their tunes. You can see Murata's drumming in these videos. The group recruited skillful musicians who were famous in the RUclips scene, so first of all, Murata was regarded as the drum maestra on RUclips.

They played LOUDNESS song here ruclips.net/video/dAjfoDqDg2s/видео.html ...if I remember correctly, SAKI's guitar was a loan by Akira Takasaki specifically for this cover.. They shared the stage with LOUDNESS at Osaka Bay Side during their Zepp Tour.

      @@khasranjuliakhasran3779 about the 'same shirt' remarks, all of NEMOPHILA band members did support an apparel brand Chanqoo - in which Haraguchi-san is the brand owner.
      I couldn't find anything about the claimed family relations but very unreliable if its based on that fact alone.

    *At **3:54**, a falsehood gets spread. Tamu is not the most experienced. Saki is.*

      Well then, you already said it, 2009 with Destrose, while in 2018, Tamu already celebrated her 10 years of drumming.

      Also I didn't mentioned in the video (since its irrelevant because I already declared Tamu is the most experienced), during an interview with SAKI about AMAHIRU, the interviewer also congratulate her on forming NEMOPHILA and how they (NEMOPHILA) must have been blessed to have her in the band because of her experience.... and SAKI humbly replied that she is in fact is not the most experience one on the group but another musician is, and she had always looking up to her as a far more superior as a musician, which is Tamu :)

      It is a weird statement to make in the video all the same.
      Who do you suppose has played on more recordings? Do you know? Tamu was employed by a music creation firm of some kind. Saki had at least three projects going at once in the beginning of Nemophila.
