Yes, the drummer is very good. Actually Tamu Murata is highly ranked in Japan. She has her own channel that is much older than the band Nemophila. Regarding two earphones. Several Japanese band puts the two guitarists in separate channels. Nemophila do it and Lovebites do it. In this song it was not 100% obvious, but in other songs you need to listen to both channels. BTW, I have suggestions for two more bands that I assume you will like, except Hanabie and Nemophila. * Lovebites - extremely good heavy metal all female Japanese band. The dual lead guitars are unreal! * BAND-MAID - very good heavy and prog rock all female Japanese band. Very diversified music.

I saw a live video of StereoGang a few months ago and they sounded great, unfortunately I forgot the band name until you brought them up. They are more Hard Rock than Metal but they sound as good, if not better than most Japanese Hard Rock bands.
Please don’t compare every Japanese Metal band to BABYMETAL. BABYMETAL are unique, and Japanese bands have been playing Heavy Metal since before you were born.
Unfortunately their most talented member recently departed from the band so going forward I hope for the best for them, but have my doubts about the future.

I see you've found Babymetal and Hanabie and now Nemophila so you're off to a good start! One of Nemophila's 2 guitarists recently left (her name is Saki and her solo work is basically just guitar and is excellent). The supreme Metal band on Earth at the moment is Japanese and female and is called Lovebites and anything of theirs live will blow you away. THE best Hard Rock band on Earth is Band-Maid...Japanese, female, master musicians, etc.
I've heard pretty much everything both bands have released...and Nemophila remain my favorite (anywhere). But you can't go wrong with either band: they're both brilliant.
I love Nemophila. They are in my top 3 favourite bands of all time. But if by "best" you mean most musically talented, then ... nope. That description belongs to LOVEBITES, a Japanese all-female classic metal band. In terms of musicianship, I put LOVEBITES in the top three metal bands of all time, along with Dream Theater and Symphony-X. However, if by "best" you just mean "your favourite", then obviously no one can argue with your subjective preference. Yes, the drummer is very good. Actually Tamu Murata is highly ranked in Japan. She has her own channel that is much older than the band Nemophila. Regarding two earphones. Several Japanese band puts the two guitarists in separate channels. Nemophila do it and Lovebites do it. In this song it was not 100% obvious, but in other songs you need to listen to both channels. BTW, I have suggestions for two more bands that I assume you will like, except Hanabie and Nemophila.
* Lovebites - extremely good heavy metal all female Japanese band. The dual lead guitars are unreal!
* BAND-MAID - very good heavy and prog rock all female Japanese band. Very diversified music.
Haha, just as we thought. Titled "BEST J-METAL BAND SO FAR!" you attract all the Lovebites fanatics who can't stand it when another band is called the best J-Metal band. However, Nemophila and many other Japanese metal bands are way better than Lovebites with their boring old school stuff. If you want to hear some really creative metal from one of Japan's most influential metal bands, you can't go past Maximum The Hormone.
I have a band for you that you may like, Ankor. They are a Spanish band, the singer is English, who's family moved to Spain when she was 5, and the drummer is just a Greek powerhouse.

Best j-metal band so far? I don't think so. There are so much better Japanese J- metal bands out there then them. Also , please check out the Japanese Rock/Metal band called THE STEREOGANG. They will blow you away.
I saw a live video of StereoGang a few months ago and they sounded great, unfortunately I forgot the band name until you brought them up. They are more Hard Rock than Metal but they sound as good, if not better than most Japanese Hard Rock bands.

Please don’t compare every Japanese Metal band to BABYMETAL. BABYMETAL are unique, and Japanese bands have been playing Heavy Metal since before you were born.
Unfortunately their most talented member recently departed from the band so going forward I hope for the best for them, but have my doubts about the future.

Nemophila, Lovebites and Hanabie are my favorite J-metal bands. But don’t think Babymetal cannot go hard the Kami Band is insane, None of the above bands have any .heavier instrumental section then Sis Anger. Vocally of course heavier but instrumental???
Sis Anger wouldn't be that hard to beat. They wont even play Tales of Destinies again.

I see you've found Babymetal and Hanabie and now Nemophila so you're off to a good start! One of Nemophila's 2 guitarists recently left (her name is Saki and her solo work is basically just guitar and is excellent). The supreme Metal band on Earth at the moment is Japanese and female and is called Lovebites and anything of theirs live will blow you away. THE best Hard Rock band on Earth is Band-Maid...Japanese, female, master musicians, etc.

I've heard pretty much everything both bands have released...and Nemophila remain my favorite (anywhere). But you can't go wrong with either band: they're both brilliant.

I love Nemophila. They are in my top 3 favourite bands of all time. But if by "best" you mean most musically talented, then ... nope. That description belongs to LOVEBITES, a Japanese all-female classic metal band. In terms of musicianship, I put LOVEBITES in the top three metal bands of all time, along with Dream Theater and Symphony-X.
However, if by "best" you just mean "your favourite", then obviously no one can argue with your subjective preference.
Anyway, if you like metal, and especially if you like the legendary metal bands of the 80s and early 90s (Iron Maiden, Judas Priest, Helloween, Megadeth, (Early) Metallica, Slayer, Anthrax, Testament etc, then you must check out LOVEBITES.
