oh by the way, a tip for walk(I'm no way better than you but here's something I found). Walk is in standard d with an extra quarter step down, and it gives the riff a bit more edge to it with both power chords and the barred g and c strings giving it a bit more of a brighter yet harsher sound.
As someone who works at the Gibson factory, I can confidently tell you that the SG you used to play paranoid is not a standard SG. You can immediately tell by the inlays on the PHF, fingerboard, and by the half pick guard. Standard SG’s have a full pick guard, and they don’t have gold hardware either.

I was wondering is there no god damn explorer or a flying V in the whole shop? Metallica is supposed to be played on thoose kind of guitars, not some guitars that scream : " I'm close to retirement"
@@Alberto-ny7kf nah they played Flying Vs in the Kill 'Em All days, then James went to explorers, Kirk played strat style but not single coil guitars, he would usually play ones with humbuckers or active pickups

There are a lot of people saying that you played something wrong or in the wrong key. People forget the fact that you played most of these from how you remember the melody and not the actual tabs.
I seriously thought, when he began to play Smoke On The Water, that they were gonna cut to the clip of him getting kicked out of Sweetwater a la Carlton on the fresh prince of bel air.

Love going to Sweetwater! I drive 2 hours there and back. Usually spend most of the day there. I have probably played almost all these Guitars as well but not in 1 day.
You'll probably never even see this, but the fact that you went to Sweetwater is insane to me. Not only were you the inspiration for me to play electric guitar (been going strong for three years now), but you went to my local store. This video was absolutely awesome, and I thank you for the entertainment and inspiration to keep playing!

I love that he always plays the songs on, let's say, completely other guitars than the ones with which the songs were played and it still sounds hell yeah good!
I thought I was unlucky having 5 guitar centers and a Sam Ash about an hour away from me each all in the Atlanta area, but then I looked to see how many were in the surrounding states and realized we have 8 here and Alabama has 3 in the whole state and they are nowhere near each other. If you live in South Georgia your closest option is Florida and it's still forever away.

20, 38, & 48 are my favorite licks in this video. Because I think the guitars he was playing, it really went well with the licks (Gibson SG (red), Gibson SG (black), & Fender limited edition Jimi Hendrix Stratocaster)
I forgot about 4 & 10, but there not really my favorites, so yeah (Ibanez JEM Steve Vai “Woody” & Gibson custom Les Paul standard Slash Brazilian Dream)

I've heard Cake, I don't know what songs they were, but they were awful and I will never willing listen to them ever again... but you're entitled to your opinion as well, and I'm sure you wouldn't like my favorite bands either.
