  • Join Vanessa the Crafty Gemini in this fun and informative tutorial on how to make beautiful fleece fringe pillows. This technique does require a sewing machine so if you are looking for a no-sew version this one won't work for you. If you want to have smooth and secured pillows in your fleece cover then you will love this tutorial! This is how I like to make my fleece fringe pillows because there is no tying involved and I don't see the white pillow form fabric peeking through anywhere.
As usual I share my tips for getting nicely finished pillows. Get creative with different colors and patterns to match your deco or make these as gifts! Don't forget to hit that subscribe button for more crafting inspiration!

That looks lovely! and so easy too! I will be making my son, he's 6'1, a large fleece blanket but not tied. Want to sew it right sides together and turn, then top stitch, what do you think? I also would like to tack down the middle of the blanket so it doesn't separate but not sure if I should just do this by hand or machine? Maybe take embroidery thread, 3-4 strands about 3 or 4 inches long, take a 1/8 stitch & tie in a square knot. Not sure I want that look, sort of like tying a quilt. Or should I run lines of stitching thats about 4 inches apart for a neater look. The top fleece is most luxurious.

    Hello
Would you please do a video. I, get very confused which way to cut the fabric, is it the length when the girl cuts the fabric (roll of the fabric), some say the width. A Pillowcase may be a good example. Thank you

When you ask for a yard at a fabric store the length they pull of the bolt is the length. Selvage to selvage is the width of the fabric.
