To generate that currency legitimately in game would take 400-500 hours of efficient play time. Hype that he gets his claim in but it's more just the benefit of having a big content creator budget

The most progressed account in the game is probably Jace and he's still tens of thousands of hours from ending what he wants to do. Max skills 200m xp, all pets, and getting all major unlocks.
After this content released, a RuneScape content creator named 'Oakdice' actually went over this and the posibility of the massive exp per hour but very briefly because it was just SO expensive. You are absolutely the first mad man to follow through with it.
