    I suspect I have a clotting issue but my Doctors don't quite believe that I do. These are my related test:IGM>100, Cardiolipin AB (IGM) =16H, PTT LA SCREEN= 46H, Hexagonal Phase Confirm =Positive. Drvvt screen = 34. Thrombin clotting time is at 16. Please help interpreting these Lab results and give me recommendations. Thank you.

      Common pathway

      Factor one is Fibrinogen and is the last thing in the coagulation pathway that gets activated

    aptt or ptt are same ??

      These are for the same functions but aptt test contains an activator which speed up the procedure.
