Beautiful I would turn the family room into a dining room
Love this home! Wouldn't change a thing. Dig a basement put in foundation cinder block walls with rebar set this house on it and bam! All the storage you'd want for Christmas, Halloween, and Thanksgiving decorations. Plus a place for kids to play.
This is an amazing home. It has everything. I would prefer vents in the ceiling with ceiling fans, but I am in the south. It is not the biggest home available, but it has plenty of room. This is definitely one of your best!!!

All I can say is WOW. I expected the price to be much higher. I think the only complaint I would have would be the space for the toilet in the master bath. Such a big room and then shove the toilet in the corner like they forgot they were going to need one.
This is a stunning home! Definitely nothing needs to be changed. That kitchen and utility room!
Nice, I would take out the left side of cabinets around the refrigerator and make the pantry bigger is all I would change.

I like this home and the layout, I would make the cupboard in the dinning area a lighter color, that’s just my taste , the sweet water is a very sweet looking home, thanks Nate for the tour and give Raiden a hug for me.

Love that kitchen the entire home
I remember this layout. Not a fan of the dining set inside kitchen. Could get rid of over lap on island. I'd take out some of the counter space in utility room and put a closet to hold holiday decorations, folding chairs etc. But I so like the home
Put your own dinning set in, most of these are set up for show you don't get the furniture unless you pay more to it
I liked this home, I can't say loved because the primary bedroom closet was laughable, to say the least. Palm Habor almost got a home run. Thanks always for sharing.

I really like this home has a lot of good features. The only thing is the refridge is a mile away from the stove so, I would have to see if they could make some changes.
I thought the same thing. All the appliances are about as far apart as they could put them.
The kitchen/dining room is amazing! Now the utility room?!! 😮 Omg I LOVE IT! ❤ Nate, this one is next level! You were right about the primary bath...very impressive! I also love the transom windows in the primary bedroom. Only things I'd change is no barn door in the kitchen and I'd opt in to soft-close doors and drawers. Its as close to perfect as I've seen in awhile! Thanks Nate for another great tour!

Agree with you 💯 %, this is one of, if not the nicest of all homes you've shown. The only thing I would change is remove the window and cabinets directly across from the dining room table and add a sliding glass door. With all the cabinets in that kitchen, you would never miss them! Great tour, thanks, best to you and Raiden!

Great looking home Nate one of the things Iike about palm harbor is that they substitute a den for a 4th bedroom I would rather have a den then a small bedroom. Great job as always Nate have a great evening

Interesting floorplan, indeed! I didn't like the kitchen sink...i do like to look outside when at the sink. Kitchen needs more windows. I think i like it and it's a very good price!

Hey Nate! This is a very nice home. I like it a lot. But... there's no place for Grandma's China Cabinet! And that's a Deal Breaker for me!! But there's also the fact that the area where the Commode is in the Master Bathroom is way too narrow!! I don't see how to fix either problem. So even though I love the rest of the house, those two things make it a no-go for us. But it's a good video Nate. God bless y'all.

The kitchen is great but I wouldn't mind less opening to the living room and no eat at counter in the living room add more upper cabinets, wish the dining area had more space on wall for like China hutch and the den would need some pocket door's.

Love this home. I would love for the kitchen to be closed off from the living room and put sink under a window. Master bedroom is great except for the carpet and closet. I mean, really, that was not a master closet.
Only 3 complaints, Water heater needs better access door, the living room isn't just a living room with the eat at counter in the living room (I wish they would stop this) and the bookcase style linen cabinet in the Master bathroom need doors so not open.

Beautiful home but I think the master closet is a bit small given how big the house is and I don’t like that the toilet faces a huge window; I would have rather the toilet be in an enclosed area or at least not facing a large window. Also the sinks should be square, the round sinks look old fashioned next to that big rectangular tub and large modern shower. As I think about it, one less cabinet in the run of cabinets where the kitchen sink is would widen what is a narrow bottle neck hallway at the entrance to the kitchen from the living room. Everything else is pretty amazing

Couple of things. Cabinets with drawers on the top of the bottom cabinets is a bonus, big time. Best storage cabinets anywhere. I do not like this layout though. If I'm going to pay for a den/family room, I want it down by the extra bedrooms. Keep that all down there. I'm not big on the utility room either. I just need space for my W/D and two freezers. The rest for me is wasted space. In other words, the areas like that fill up with junk that should just go out the door.
Nate, can you attest to the quality of construction on Palm Harbor vs the other top brands like Deer Valley/Winston/Franklin/Sunshine?
Appearance I would say equal, I have never lived in one, but have toured many. They seem to hold up to the rigors of the generall public going thru them and they can be extra hard on doors and cabinets when going thru them.

Use a regular lens! That horrible, almost fish eye lens is so disingenuous. You can actually see objects change shape as you can across them. Do better.
This was filmed a few years ago. It was a re upload due to a song used in original no longer free to use. I have a new camera now that does not have the fish eye look.
This home was boring and unexciting. Other Palm Harbor homes are MUCH nicer. Sorry.
