To clarify about AutoCompanion's 2023 GX Deal, leasing programs change every month as do the leasing interest rates and programs. What is proposed in the video applies for December of 2023, we have no idea if the V8 GX will be available for lease in 2024. If you're outside of D.C. you will have to ship the vehicle to your home which you will have to pay for. @@isessogroup yea my friend since you’re so used to the quality of that LS 430, you may be disappointed with new Lexus quality. Quality across the board has taken a dump. They don’t make them like they used to.

Love it.......let me go check I don't think my LX has massage seats. I think the Overlander trim will be the one everybody wants in the used market and hold value best. I really think we would still be driving V8s if not for government emission standards. I've been driving the 3.5 TT for almost 5 years in 2 different vehicles, and I am a fan. In the LX 600, compared to the 570, it is much more fuel efficient. I have owned both. I just finished a 200 mile round trip on open roads at 79 or so mph and get 21, not the 22 as advertised, but the 570 in my hands never got better than 16, ever. I think the 550 will do very well, I'd be proud to drive one. Great review, Kevin. On the highway, the 600 just accelerates like a jet from 70 to 80 or 90 or whatever you want. Lexus Fanboy is signing off.
Nice! I forgot you had the LX 570 as well thank you for posting your real world MPG numbers. Yea reducing emissions is the main reason for getting rid of old engines. Overtrail GX will def be a success for the company
All that complexity for 2 mpg on the highway.. just a mockery at this point these turbo turds are barely more efficient and completely disposable unlike their NA counterparts
@@MeynMotorGroup I'd imagine it was done for emissions. I believe the c02 output is less with a TTv6, which governments are forcing upon these manufacturers.

I can't decide on the gx550 or an is500! I'm a single guy but I feel the gx550 offers more value for the $. The is500 is so old and lexus doesn't care about it
Im getting myself the new lexus gx 2023 model this week. I think the quality of this ride will be sought after like a delorian. I feel good about the buy.
Unfortunately car manufacturers have their hands tied a bit. The switch is due more to emissions regulations than anything else. Mileage really isn't improved but emissions is cut in half. I think they would stick with the more tried and true if they could. Not to mention much easier tooling costs that have already payed for themselves.
Thanks Kevin great review as always… Going to have to sit in the middle row to see if it’s worth it, the LX is still in the running, but the mid row leg room isn’t stellar, but neither is the price😂 Thanks again as always.
Now lexus is just another toyota... like Acura to Honda... bleh Recently pikcked up 2017 GX premium sport. Also own 300zx Twin Turbo with 178k miles. All I can say is with v6TT there are too many places that can leak and Toyota isn't immune to leaks after 120k miles and with age expect high repair cost with new V6TT
Yea I think they did a great job with this GX. TX is great for families it has a real 3 row that can fit adults so a family no longer has to buy a gas guzzling suburban for a useful 3 row. Exactly my friend it's gone up across the board drastically when every company was charging 650-995 just a few years ago. Because of this drastic increase in destination that now makes up a decent percentage of the MSRP of a new car, there's no reason for a manufacturer to include it in their advertised price.
