If you're meaning that you started with twist and now want to interlock or vice versa, yes. If you're meaning you want to retwist for one appointment then do retightening for the next, then retwist the next and so on, I wouldn't recommend it. Retightening is a is a bit tighter and uses no products. Retwist uses products. Can I ask what is the desired look you're going for?

I just want to perhaps retwist once a year to smooth the locs out. I think I am looking at all the frizz and I think retwist. I get my hair retightening every 2 months therefore I was thinking I would only be retightening my hair maybe 6 times a year and one retwist to make it look smooth. Any advice

Hi no it does not. As the hook of the Mini is closer to the tip it does not allow for the correct measurements.
