    Thanks for the video, Kayla! I'm missing the Taiwanese night market food sooo much! And the 626 night market that they have out here (in So Cal) is not too bad, but it just does NOT compare to the real thing in Taiwan!

      Indeed. & obs I’m not perfect but I do try to reduce the waste. I wish they at least ask if we want plastic bags because I feel like a quick gun slinger having to be like “bu yao da zi!”

    The Maori people of the New Zealand, despite the common Austronesian ancestry as the indigenous Formosans, are leading a wealthier, happier lives under the British monarchy, and being fully functional English speakers, while the indigenous Formosans, led by the Chinese and Japanese emperors, have pretty much lost their culture and languages, while not being able to fully pick up neither Japanese nor Mandarin Chinese fully, and worse they typically would not fit in the Chinese dominant education system and crazy study culture to achieve good wealth. There is this viscous cycle, do you observe.
