I read that Shilin has an underground food court, but it has been closed for renovations. Did you notice whether or not it was open when you were there? I’ll be there in a month and want some back up plans in case there is a ton of rain. Thanks!
Yeah unfortunately it was closed when we went :( I’m not sure if the opening date though. Have a great trip :)
