There is an empty house next to me. You could have that residence and I would have a beautiful cook that can put on quite a feast. I love your cooking and also the fact that you care about the people with diabetes which I have as well and you’re always looking on a way to perfect the food so that we can enjoy it too and I actually really love all of the Mexican cuisine. It is wonderful, wish you were my neighbor I would probably never go home. Haha 😂

I’m from Southern California. One of my neighbors growing up, she would invite my entire family for their bbq and her mom would cook these amazing taquitos. Unfortunately, we moved away from them and homemade ones are just excellent! Thank you so much!

My wife and I lived in Guanajuato City for a year. We both fell in love with Mexican food. Taco Hell is not Mexican! We both have high blood pressure, so we reduce the salt in the recipe and go easy on the garlic ( a little bit goes a long way ). Both of you take care, I'm going to the kitchen now, because I'm hungry.

I like to re-use the frying oil about 3 times before getting rid of it. I store it in a large mason jar.
Once it is ready to get rid of, if it is not too much oil, I like to soak it up with paper towels and send it out with the trash. For large amount of used cooking oil, you can take the jar(s) to your local recycling center.

Your taquitos look delicious, and they have my mouth watering !😋👌 But they're taquitos, not flautas! ( Taquitos are made with corn tortillas, flautas are made with flour tortillas) Taquitos with salsa verde, sour cream, and a side of guacamole are my favorite!😛👍Thanks for sharing. ¡Que Dios los bendiga 🙏y saludos!🖐😎 Desde Los Ángeles California.
