    I made this smoothie today, didn’t have amla n dates…replace dates with raisins, added 1/2 tsp of peanut butter ,1/2 cup soy milk and still tasted good.it’s filling 😊

    I made exactly same oats with Almond s and walnuts, and use 2 soft Iranian dates for sweetness. I soak oats with flex seeds in skimmed milk prior to cooking.Yummyyyy

    Please make some videos on recipes for winter season (healthy winter recipes) because in winters a lot of us and parents and elders consume ghee butter heavy food in winters which may lead to obesity and other health issues especially in winters and this is one of the leading cause of deaths in winters. It would be really helpful if u could make some videos on what healthy can one eat in winters as I’m really looking and searching for those recipes and I found ur channel and recipes the best so far.     Thank you. I can’t wait to try this in sha Allah. I didn’t know oats should be soaked. Alhamdulillah learn something new everyday.
    Btw, you’re not supposed to use the water you soaked the oats in. Not give it to pets. It contains the phytates you’re trying to get rid of.
    PS. A word of advice for those who have thyroid problems. Always soak nuts and seeds for a few hours to get rid of goitrogens. If you’re going to eat them dry, you can roast them/dehydrate to dry them again. The soaking time differs for different nuts and seeds so Google it to get the correct information.

    Can we soak the oats in water and dates overnight and then eat them with milk, cinnamon, peanut butter, chia seeds, flax seeds and fruits in the morning?

    All fats or healthy. It’s the amount we eat
    Each different fat offers something that the other can’t. To much of a good thing is not good. To much can be harmful to little can be harmful
    We use to be hunters gatherers. The grains used to be so hard they needed soaking fit a day or two. Hunting the whole animal use to be consumed insides and all. It was all on survival
    We eat for to much as a species. A little starvation does help ourselves maybe a couple times a week
    Process food is the really killer
    I really enjoy your channel
    Turmeric and black pepper I also use drinking chocolate with it. Really helps to take the edge of the pain I get
