I just found your channel. Finally a video that is not completely time lapsed. Many people want to watch these type of videos to educate themselves. Thank you, you have a new sub 👍
Watching this video i couldn't ignore noticing how purely you manipulate the parts of the motorcycle... The world assemble parts, Americans slap them on...hart braking

What do you mean by axle holder? On the front forks? Or the swingarm? Because both would have to be replaced if damage you could replace just the lower parts of the front forks but you would have to pull the forks apart and it would just be too much of a pain when you can buy forks for a couple hundred dollars.
@@Benjamminoutdoors yeah the lower part of the front fork which holds the axle, fender and Calipers. Not sure the name. Yeah I saw some online for about $400+ to $600+ that aren't damage. I'm from Belize so all US prices are Double plus shipping and duty. That's why I'm just confirming with one of the best person I could possibly get advice from before I start to order.
I’m having the same problem with my 2003 CBR600RR.. I just purchased it for $2000 and the bike only had 6,800 miles! Super low (got it from a family friend who collects bikes) this one has sat for a little over a year maybe even more without any attention because the old owner only rode his zx14. But I’m trying to square this bike away and am having trouble even starting it any tips ? I’m trying to follow what you did in the video but is there anything else I should look at to why the bike isn’t starting ? The current problem is i try to turn the bike on and it doesn’t fully turn on, the speedometer turns on but nothing pops up and that’s what I’m currently working with... any replied help!
Biggest thing is making sure the ground is attached directly to metal underneath the tank it’s got a green wire and bolts to the frame, and if you turn the bike on turn the Killswitch on and the fuel pump cuts on and try to start it and it doesn’t it’s probably spark if the fuel pump doesn’t cut on there’s a few things you should check kickstand switch, Killswitch, and tip sensor I think there’s more but those are the main ones.
This was clean title, but in most states you have to fill out paperwork and get it inspected after it’s repaired then they will declare it rebuilt and it will be street legal
What information can you give me. I am thinking about buying a cbr600 that has been sitting in some one's back yard for about 8yrs. It has no key or title. 200.00 is what he is asking. Please tell me what you think. Thank you
200 is not a bad deal, you can always apply for a bonded title and does it look wrecked? If so it’s a pretty safe assumption that it was running and driving fine when it was wrecked if it’s in good cosmetic shape it could have something electrical or mechanical wrong with it. That’s just my assumptions.
@@Benjamminoutdoors thanks for your reply, the bike is not wrecked it has no damage to it. Has two flat tires. Just been sitting in the AZ. sun for years. I was told that a family member left it there and never though about it anymore. From your experience do you think that it would be expensive to rebuild.
@@dmetrious7882 For $200 it’s totally worth buying even if something bad happens and you have to part it out you can get a ton of money for parts. You can get cheap fairings on eBay for like $300 and a new lock set for 150 or less and the bonded title could cost a 150-400
This build in particular required a ton of money because of the powder coat and the engine rebuild. But this is my side gig. I am a commercial diver by trade and build things for fun!
@@Benjamminoutdoors you do nice work. I'm kicking around the idea of doing my first build. I need something 'motorcycle' to get me through these ohio winters.
I don't understand, how dirty is the owner before, why he didn't maintain that naiz bike well from the beginning..... Because to reformed back to good condition, will cost more lot of money, time, energy etc

Would you happen to have any fuel pumps assemblies for a 2004 cbr 600
That’s a negative ghost rider.

The motor he has on the ground is a 2009 because the cylinder heads are silver and the engine cover is much more rounded

Are you getting it street legal? If so, what do you need to do with salvage title?

Polish the frame that black powder coat comes off
