Grand Prix DEMOLITION Starts - Blackpool Pleasure Beach

- Grand Prix Blackpool Pleasure Beach demolition has begun following ithe Final Lap event on 7th June 2024, during which attendees had the opportunity to take their last rides. Today (15th June 2024), engineers were spotted removing cabling from sections of the guide rail around various parts of the ride. Join me as I share my thoughts on these updates and briefly discuss my hopes regarding the supposed new ride believed to be replacing it.

Blackpool Pleasure Beach is an amusement park located in the seaside town of Blackpool in Lancashire, England United Kingdom. It is home to over 30 different rides and attractions, 10 of which are roller coasters! Notable rides at the park include Icon, the UK’s first full circuit double launched roller coaster and Big One, the UK’s tallest roller coaster. The park celebrated its 125th anniversary in 2021!

I have fond memories of going on this as a child, when the cars were actually petrol, I don't go to BPB much any more, Towers mainly. I am going to Thorpe in September though I can't wait to get on Hyperia!

When i was younger about 12 maybe 14 i was to small i waited years to go on the grand prix and that day came i was buzzing but so dissapointed after getting off as it was a load of rubbish so i for 1 am glad its going thanks for the update.
