i appreciate your opinion and think you do brill work, however in terms of Blackpool i disagree and think that infusion is the ride that needs replacing as I have gone on both steeplecase and infusion the same amount of times and infusion the most uncomfortable ride and the worst coaster in the uk ( yes including hero) and think could replace infusion with a coaster that is unique to the uk. Also personally think flamingo land's reputation is the fact that their operation's is extremely slow as even on a quiet day ques are close to 1 hour

Everyone is so negative and loves to complain. We all know that cebeebies land needs more capacity and another standout attraction especially as the world of David walliams has been a flop. With the recent success of bluey at the park and its general popularity worldwide it makes huge sense to put in a bluey themed ride. With a signature ip like that it makes sense to have it a signature ride in that area - being a coaster. It will also probably be bigger than octonauts and serve as a transition between that and runaway mine train - which at the moment is quite a big jump. Finally a small junior coaster like that is quite a cheap addition and won’t necessarily push project horizon back. There has in the last couple weeks been some more paperwork that has been approved/finalised, and they have to start construction latest by 2026 anyway because the planning permission will expire. It should most likely open in 2027 or latest 2028. I think it will greatly improve the park to have rides such as the sky ride being back, project ocean, a potential galactica retheme, plus the new junior coaster, will put the park in a much better position before project horizon opens - especially if they manage to sort out operations and ride availability. They can sort out flat rides after horizon it’s not a big deal which will help a lot with the family market

Tokaydo Express was a great ride, especially in the back seat. It packed a punch. I was sad to see it go.

I think it’s common for businesses to apply for loans even with enough money as it doesn’t reduce their cash flow which pleasure beach needs very much at the moment.

Yeah, I had heard that Adam who worked on Valhalla has plans/ wants to reimagined river Caves. I certainly hope that’s what happens as it’s probably the dark ride that needs the most loving care now.

The way I see it, launchpad is basically securing the future of an existing ride which I’m all for, the last thing this park needs is any more removals! I just hope they secure the future of all the historical heritage ones before they invest in anything major New IMO.

The Tokyo express went down fine, it was just that one stupid woman making a claim over nothing! If she was that nervous, she shouldn’t have been going on the bloody thing in the first place.

It’s worth pointing out that wild mouse only went because they could no longer get insurance for it after an incident involving a very stupid woman and her child in 2017.

I honestly would love to see either an intamin or vekoma launched family coaster they are both rlly good models. Edit: Family coasters can be rlly fun rides even for thrillseekers

Project horizon more excited for indoor coaster

This is why i havent renewed my merlin pass because correct me if im wrong project horizon has been in the works since hyperia was planned and approved and we havent seen any construction for that starting. Its just not what i remember alton towers to be when i was little. I'm actually quite unhappy by this investment apart from acting on things they already have approved and planned

I've renewed my Merlin Platinum Pass for next year but that's because of Hyperia and visiting Chessington for the first time in my life as that's where the Merlin investment appears to be going for the foreseeable future. Not thinking of Towers much for next year as much now.

All the rides you mentioned with the exception of Blade were always meant to be in the park temporarily. You should’ve been able to tell by the park’s unwillingness to put in any permanent fencing or landscaping around them. If that wasn’t enough look at the original commercials advertising the Retro Squad. It literally said they would be there for a limited time. This shouldn’t be a shock. It was a gimmick to distract from some other things going on in the park. They’re simply following through with what they said they would do a few years ago.

I would have ignored the request. Seeing a video is NOTHING compared to going inside. I’ve been in four times since I was 13 years old. Plus they change he actors/layout daily.
