The squeak is the side door! Just wrap a bit of insulation tape around the hook part of the catch and all done! Had the same annoyance and was bliss when it finally went!
Obviously done by a REAL woman! 1. Refuses to cart her beloved children around without properly functioning AC. 2. Refuses to fork over massive amounts of family funds to an overpriced "Dealer". 3. Refuses to give up her power to a traditionally trained man and system when she realizes that she is probably smart enough to get the" win" herself and has nothing to lose by trying. Hat's off! 😀
This was the worst video ever!!! JUST KIDDING!!! You did a great job and thank you for the video. I was honestly very nervous about breaking something but now I know what to expect. You’re my hero! Also, if anyone has something negative to say about your video.....let’em hate....”again with the f*cking haters!” lol
Matt FastHorse - chiltondiy.com Its a decent guide. Its not exactly spot on, I notice that it will have you removing parts you dont need to, but its still a good guide.
Dang...did a Ford engineer design this??? To get to the blower you have to pull apart just about the entire back half of the vehicle? I hate pulling apart all the clips, snaps, and trees too... As for the squeak, if you have the rear TV screen, the small metal front hanger bolt mounts under the front curved part of the ceiling assembly will make noise if they're not tightened right. And its hard to distinguish where the noise is coming from too unless you ride back there and listen while looking for the source.
When I pull that housing back I'm very scared I will damage the heater core tubes or freon lines. How flexible are these parts? Blower is making an awful noise that sounds like an old computer hard drive. By the way there is one video where a guy pulls off the cup holder at the top of that panel. Do not pull this cup holder off of the quarter panel or you will have to glue it back onto the plastic welding like I now have two and this panel is actually loose. It is not clipped in it is held on by melted together plastic from the factory. I repeat do not pull this top cup holder panel off of your quarter panel! It will break and possibly not go back on and you will have to get a whole new quarter panel or glue it
Hi I have a 06 town and country and the rear blower fan works great on the passenger side lower floor vents but will not blow from the upper ceiling vents at all I don't really know what it could be unless a door flap won't open and I do no know how to fix it unless I replace the whole rear motor assembly. Do you or anyone please have some helpful advice of what could be the problem. Thanks
Did you get a solutions for your problem? I have the same problem on a 2012 town and country, rear ac only works on the floor vents and also works wen the rear defrost in On, so the rear blower works on defrosting but won't work from the upper ceiling vents. Any solutions?
Joshua Carlin it ended up that the TIPM (fuse box) was causing the issue with the rear blower and some other electrical problems including: seatbelt sensor failure, rear tail lights and rear blinker failure, I just changed the TIPM and that’s it now rear blower works and no more electrical problems.
I think you should get some better instructions there dear or take it to your mechanic because you’re bending the lines underneath the car and it’s going to leak you got to get good instructions before you do anything OK or look on RUclips
Thank you so very much for recording this. I accomplished changing my motor and it worked!!! Thank you!!!
Excellent, not only am I impressed by your efforts but found it very informative with the situation I am having with my 2012 T&C.
Thanks for recording this! So much easier to follow than the instructions!
Thank you. My wife and kids will appreciate this! I have looked at multiple videos and this explained things in a way I could understand
Great job I'm a mechanic you did some great explaining
Wow girl, good job! That’s the too do a how-to video👏🏼

Great Job! I had same problem. Thank you very much.
Great job, love a woman that can take initiative!!
So you're saying you think most women WON'T take initiative?
a real woman isn't afraid to get her hands dirty and figure things out for herself

Its the blender door relays. The first two smaller relays on the back side.
