- 4 weeks ago i said Vovchansk is a russian trap. Russians want Ukrainians to bring more troops into counteroffensive.
Name one example, 71st Jaeger brigade. They were defending Niu-york and Toretsk direction
but transferred to Kharkiv for this stupid counteroffensive
Ukraine is puting too much resources in Kharkiv direction, which is the main reason Toretsk front collapsed.
Why Ukrainians wants to jump into this trap?

Zelensky don't want to give up any land with peace talk I don't expect the war to end anytime soon
May zelensky thinks kharkiv is the second big city and located more near to Kiev. If kharkiv fall... Ukraine will never have more and more supplies, because kharkiv take important value in produce supplies for war.
If Z and his general staff scapegoats already believe implicitly that Donbas region is a lost cause and wants RUS forces to just pay for every inch of the ground at the expense of UKR forces losses, it is reasonable that the general staff wants counteroffensive in Kharkiv frontline. This will cause UKR forces Donetsk frontlines to "collapse." It makes sense. This is why negotiations for ceasefire in the short term to compromise for peace makes even more sense. If the West thinks RUS are the only ones paying for losses, that is only one side of the story. UKR forces also lose men and women. Remember, Kharkiv gains for RUS or Belgor*d gains for UKR are merely a bargaining chip for four oblasts that Putler is asking for.
