A few years back ESPN had baseball players attempting to hit the fastest softball pitcher (at that time) and softball players attempting to hit the "average" fastball at the time which was between 80-86mph.
Once the BB players were able to slow their reaction times down the softball turned into a golf ball as they began teeing off. The softball batters couldn't turn on the baseball fast enough.

I throw a baseball with my left, but I can also throw it with my right, roughly the same speed, but not quite as much accuracy(but close). Same with a football, but a little better with my right. I can underhand a softball fairly fast and accurate(47mph, according to County Fair radar gun). If I throw under handed with my left tho', it either goes over the backstop, into the dirt 6 feet in front of me, or into the dugout(don't knowwhich one until I see people scrambling or hear them cussin' me)!!!⚾️🥎🏈 I don't EVEN try Basketball!! Omg some of you people must’ve never played softball. This is a warmup that many upcoming pitchers are taught. It’s called a walk through. This warmup focuses on moving through your pitch and not falling back out of it. For all the people that are saying this is a “Balk” there’s no such thing as a balk in softball it’s only in baseball. For all the people that are saying it’s slow; maybe it’s because the video was taken in slow motion so viewers of the video can sit and watch her mechanics. This girl knows what she’s doing. She’s the one that’s playing D1 collegiate softball.
