Pipe Welder here, I always see the Fab Welders welding Carbon steel like they are welding aluminum, staking Dimes. Is that the Only way you guys know how to tig, Dip, Dip, Dip, That shit takes way to long, there are quicker and more effective ways to tig. Gimme 10 minutes and I show you how to tig without that foot pedal, But hey, what do I know, I'm just making X-ray welds. Good job on the Fabrication, thats something I don't know shit about but I'm Learning.

QUESTION ABOUT BUILD Why did you weld the tubing on the top edge of the bed instead of bending a curl into the original piece of metal? Everything I've seen on beds from the 40s or 50s the top edge is curled. The way you did it just looks like a lot of extra work
I know its the law to have heavy guitar riffs on anything to do with welding and body work. But could you turn the volume down a bit so I don't have blood coming out of my headphones.

East wood is awesome I love all the vids and the work is great! But there is something proportionally wrong with this bed dont you think? It's like 4" too tall or the fenders are too low. Something, the role pan is way too large
We all like both projects, but come on....., this video had been out for quite some time. Kinda disappointing to see a rebadged video we all have seen a loooooooooooong time ago

I would make a bed filler panel for inside contouring the outer fender a 1/2" thick
