- This year's Man Booker prizewinner, Hilary Mantel, talks to Sarah Crown about her triumphant novel, Wolf Hall, how she came to admire her scheming hero Thomas Cromwell, and why she writes historical fiction
Her writing is like no other; one of the very best literary works there is; every sentence is weaved in pure gold--a marvellous continuous prose! I find myself devouring the pages hungrily, and I reread the lines and relish the indescribable, magnificent beauty that makes you feel your life is worth living!
The finest writer in English literature to date!
Love Thomas Cromwell series!
Is that whole book written in the present tense?
I love Thomas Cromwell
What edition is she reading from?
Haven't read any of her works yet to make judgements about them but going to soon enough. But what I can say about her is that she does look mad to me that's for sure.
Shame on you!
Really can't stand this woman or her writing. It has no rhythm.
