What does it matter? They can lower the price to something reasonable and then enact the fine print clause where they can then raise the price and force customers to pay the difference. I have never seen another park enforce a policy like that.

I went to cedar point over the summer and one day Logan was working Rougarou. Pretty sick moment of my trip
I got 3 credits when I was there. Half pipe was down and Sandy's didnt open yet.
I may have a guess at why it's expensive. The park doesnt have many extras that you can buy after the initial entry. You pay to ride and that's about it. When you go to other parks you're kind of stuck on an island, so they make it in food and bev, possibly other things like merch. Granted it dont make sense to pay that much for a small park but I think that could be why. Especially if the management company is trying to see the park as it's own entity instead of a loss leader.

In my Sesame Place Parkitect scenario, I made Sky Splash (a family raft slide next to Wacky Taxi) a log flume because that was being the rapids ride was added. Most of the park is covered by water rides, except for the middle right which has all the flats (and Elmo’s World show). I grew up going to Sesame Place (summers 2004-2009, June 2019 for Wacky Taxi) because I live like 40mins away. I was going to go up for my birthday in late February, then spring break in mid-March, then COVID happened

Yesss! So first of all I was stoked, as usual, to see another vlog post! Then I see B MEH hairy as a yeti (looks good) and then.....what.....is that Logan??!! OMG!! Sooooo good to see him again!!!! I feel like universal should completely buy out the rights to Nickelodeon and pull off this amusement park with more effort, because 90% of it is a combination of Spongbob, TMNT, and Fairly Odd Parents(this goes for both parks too) with small bits of what made Nickelodeon awesome. Avatar the last airbender, has two mediocre intamin rides that aren’t even good. Talk about fan service.
I went here when it opened. Shellraiser was kinda fun, but the track shook around (and it gave ViperFangirl's brother a stomachache.) I can't believe ViperFangirl is going to work here!

Their argument is that it’s similar to nearby water park prices like great wolf lodge or Kalahari in the Poconos but ignore the fact that those prices are high because they are hotels, and as such only sell a few day passes every day thus driving up the cost. The water park has no hotel, and should then be closer in price to other water parks like hurricane harbor or Sahara Sams in NJ, which are both roughly 30-40
@@TheEpic22 Yeah, they're insane if they think that people will actually pay that kind of money for their families or groups to visit that water park. Water parks should be cheaper than amusement parks, at least in my mind haha

That place is so poorly run. They wanted to open in October and didn’t start looking to hire a management team for the park until mid September. And hadn’t even built the wave pool at that point.
It’s a mess, and it’s gonna fail until they bring the price down.

Oscar's Wacky Taxi. What is there to say about it? The answer to that question is quite a lot. So, to understand the majesty and complexity of this masterpiece, let's start from the beginning. The time, mid 2017. And as for the coaster community, we had a lot going for ourselves. To put it simply, a wide variety of E ticket attractions were scheduled to dominate the globe in 2018. These include rides such as Steel Vengeance, Time Traveler, Twisted Timbers, SW8, Icon, FLY, among other noteworthy attractions form big players such as Disney and Universal. However, in the midst of these stunning announcements, Sesame Place rose to the challenge. They showed the world that just because other parks are building highly anticipated rides, doesn't mean they can't be one-upped. Out of nowhere, a dark horse if you will, came out of nowhere. We found out that Sesame Place would be adding a new attraction. Many enthusiasts simply brushed off the teaser, assuming it wouldn't pique their interests. But they were wrong. Surprising many, Sesame Place revealed their latest masterpiece: Oscar's Wacky Taxi. We were all blown away by this amazing contraption. An airtime machine, at a kid's park? Impossible. Such a thing simply cannot be. Already stunned by this amazing feat, everyone gasped as this ride would be created by none other than... Gravity Group. Yes, the Gravity Group. The Gravity Group that has earned a firm reputation in crating some of the most mine blowing rides in the industry. There is one more point I'd like to mention as to why this ride has Cedar Point, Six Flags, Disney, Universal, and the like trembling in fear. The supports are green. Quick, name a woodie with green supports. I'll wait...... Exactly. You can't do it. Because no ride on earth is on the level of sheer excellence and majesty that Oscar's Wacky Taxi is on. In conclusion, we can all just stop talking about Steel Vengeance, Icon, and whatever else... because the true king of 2018, is Oscar's Wacky Taxi.

All my hype for American dream just went out the window. Parks like that should be pay-per-ride since I would even have trouble coughing up $30 for basically 4 good-to-okay coasters (once Sandy's Blasting Bronco opens) and maybe 2-3 good flat rides.
go on a weekday it will be worth it. weekends are the busiest days and it peaks around 1pm onwards you wont enjoy a crowded place.so weekdays is much better.
