OG Ghostrider was a back row ride, post-renovation it became a front row ride, glad you got to experience it at its best. And thanks for giving Silver Bullet some love too. It's definitely not the most intense but it's fun and it's super re-rideable.
Coast Rider is definitely the weakest wild mouse I've ever been on, but it serves a purpose. That part of the park used to be super thrill heavy... Supreme Scream, Xcel, Perilous Plunge, Boomerang, and a Top Spin. There was essentially nothing for kids in the whole Boardwalk area, so they put in the flat rides and that tame mouse coaster to balance it out a little.
For those of you who are unfamiliar, a block zone is a section of ride that only one train may occupy. At the end of a block zone is a method to stop the train in case the block zone ahead is still occupied. This is the safety system that prevents roller coaster trains from colliding with one another
Love Knott's, besides Coast Rider it's a great, balanced collection of coasters, not to mention the mine ride, log ride, and ghost town as a whole. Was just there yesterday myself!
Sierra Sidewinder was an unexpected hit for my buddy and me on my trip to Knott's last month. We (two 6'2" guys) got the back car with two much smaller people on the other side of us, and it was actually a pretty intense ride with how fast we spun. Whipping by the guys laughing at us in the car ahead 3 or 4 (or 5?) times before they finally finished their half turn from view was absolutely hysterical to me. His wife was watching from the ground and said it looked like we had a completely different journey than the rest of the train - LOL! What a blast.

I love Ghostrider so much! It deserves the love it gets. I wish they would improve the ops though. I worked as a ride op for in 2018 and I constantly wondered why we would never run the 3rd train. It's always in running condition. The leads like having the long lines though. They said it helps increase popularity.
I see the most random things at Knotts. Like one time, there was just 2 roosters roaming around the park. I don’t know why but everybody made it seem normal

This is my home park. My family and I live on Catalina island. When we take the boat over to the main land Knotts is the closest and most accessible park. Also of the big parks in Cali the most affordable. Did you try the fried chicken restaurant? Should be good for a food credit. Congrats on the coaster credits and thanks for sharing the love.

Love the video. I've ridden 5 B&M inverts in this order: Raptor, Nemesis, Nemesis Inferno, Batman at SFMM and Silver Bullet and Silver bullet comes in at #3 after Raptor. Also: while the drop off the MCBR isn't the only part of Ghostrider best in the back (the 1st drop is also best in the back) I will make a point of riding the front car more than once next time I visit Knott's.

I guess I got really lucky, when my wife and I went to John's Incredible Pizza Company last September, we got there right at opening and asked, and they let us just pay for the credit and leave. Definitely glad we went when we did :D

I really liked their Halloween Nights thing but that's the only time I've been there and that was back when Sanjaya had captured America's heart

I'm surprised Ops were God tier the day you went. I've been to Knotts twice, and on both visits, at least one major coaster was closed. Not only that, but dispatches were terrible, and trains were getting stacked.

I do have my own opinion on siler bullet. Its the worst of the 3 b&m inverts in California, and possibly the US, but a b&m invert of any kind is still great
