OMG Akshaya when I saw this I thought never will I be able to do this in my lifetime. But then I had a look at it and thought let me give it a try. I couldnt do 2 asanas as i have a right knee injury but I was able to almost, like 95% do the Hanumanasana and I am sooooo proud of myself. Will try it again soon. I must be one of your oldest fans. This is the first time I did one of your more advanced classes and it made me realise how much progress I’ve made lately by consistently doing your beginners classes. Thank you for that. These stretches felt very intense but also nourishing on my hips and lower back. May I ask you for a recommendation of a class that has as intense stretches as this one, but for chest und upper back?
It´s amazing how much progress is possible within a few months of consistent practice. A split seems within reach now. Not long ago, I would have thought that’s not possible for me.

Thank you. The splits were the easiest part for me. I feel more tightness through my core and hip flexors. I have been lifting weights for years. This was nice. I felt like moving into core work following all the nice stretching to get ready for all the standing and walking in the day. I did, but couldn't do Hanumasana Split in the same way. I tried. But it is more difficult to stretch the legs. If I practice this video regularly I think I can do it. There is no problem for a boy to try this video, right? Over 90% of things done. I think my training is insufficient. ❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥

I believe in all forms of yoga practices, from root traditional long hold practices ( which I do have hath yoga practices on my channel with hold times) to conventional practices like this which involves peak pose attempts & power yoga challenges. Also as long form video creators we have the length of the classes to be considered while filming. Let’s take this class on 37 mins - to attempt monkey pose you need all the drills/activations given, on top of it I need to watch for the time length. As all creators say you can pause the video anywhere if you want more of it. I go back and forth for days on my on edits to make the classes suitable to all levels. I hope I made sense:) Value your feedback :)

Hi akshya,since 2 months I am practicing yoga, I am enrolled in 200 hr TTP online so I want to progress further I want to go in advance poses,I practice your tutorial as well I like your this session I always try to learn from anybody,plan your future class in such a way that Target pose should be a intermediate or advanced pose I mean to say from beginning to peak pose every asana sd be curate in such way which transition smoothly one to another and finally we achieve a peak pose followed by relaxing pose Since you are veteran in yoga practice can you help in such way

Usually I take Planet Ayurveda's Curcumin 95% to keep myself flexible, but this is also looking wonderful and relaxing, will definitely add this in my daily routine
