@Commander Keen I first watched him in Remington steele reruns in 90s. Seeing him play bond after that was fun. It was only later I saw the older Bond movies.
Perfectly stated. You know, I am aware I am not alone. Having never commented on male beauty so far, and not being a gay in any means, I nevertheless feel obliged to say that this guy looks painfully handsome in this video.
Man I wished he would had started playing Bond at this age. He looks like the ideal Bond. Handsome enough to seduce pretty much any woman in the world. He is the smoothest Bond and Connery is the coolest Bond.
@@sctmcg Well, yes. Living Daylights, License To Kill, and Goldeneye are closest to Craig’s era. If he’d have went in when he was supposed to have, they could have done that. He looked young in Goldeneye and then suddenly about 40.
@@sctmcg I am not sure if that would have worked with The continuity. Despite of the franchise's general timeline-continuity (that is hard to understand for me considering The age between all the actors and The time that has passed between all the Films that make me think: ,,How can this all be the same Person? ; ,,How can Daniel Craig from 2006 be The same Bond as Connery from The 1960s; the age is not fitting") I understand your point I think I suppose the thing you want to say (if Brosnan would have made the Dalton films in the late 1980s) is something like: ,,Is it possible that Pierce Brosnan and Daniel Craig are one and the same Bond, because this would fit much better in the franchise's continuity considering that Brosnan is not that much older than Craig?" With other words: There are two Bonds existing in The continuity. There is one Bond who was played by Connery, Lazenby and Moore. So that Bond is the ,,1960s to Mid 1980s"- Bond while the Bond (who was played by Craig and Brosnan and NOT DALTON, if Brosnan would have made Dalton's films as I already said) is the ,,Mid-1980s-2020s" Bond, ending with.... SPOILER the death of this Bond in ,,No time to die". So we then would have two characters named James Bond in the franchise which is far more plausible in my eyes IF I would believe in this theory. But I don't. Let me explain why. And this is eventually the point of my comment. In ,,Licence to Kill" by Timothy Dalton (let us just suppose that Brosnan really did the Dalton films) we get to know by Felix Leiter that Bond was once married. In my eyes it is obvious that Felix is talking about Bond's marriage with Contessa Teresa from Lazenby's ,,In your majesty's secret Bond which is according to my theory (as said before) the same Bond as Connery and Moore. In fact we know that Moore's Bond visits the grave of his wife (which is stating: ,,Theresa Bond; 1943-1969; beloved wife of James bond; We have all the time in the world"; so this is a clear reference to ,,On your majesty's secret service") in the opening scene of ,,For your eyes only" (while we also have a little reference to Contessa Teresa in ,,The spy who loved me") so there's no doubt in my eyes that Bond, Lazenby and Connery must be the same Bond. But I also think that most Bond Fans would agree on that. The point (I emphasize it again) is that ,,Licence to kill" tells us (if I interpret the words of Leiter correctly) that Dalton's Bond was also married to a wife that already died. For me this is also a clear hinter that Dalton is rather the same Bond as Connery, Lazenby and Moore. I don't think that he is the same Bond as Brosnan. He rather belongs to Connery, Lazenby and Moore, as I said. So finally I think that it COULD be possible though that Brosnan and Craig are the same Bond but there's a huge point against that statement. Because ,,Casino Royale" seems to tell us (if I remind the film correctly) that Craig's Bond has just been promoted to the 00-status. These are all points that still confuse me about the Bond-franchise and its continuity. But whatever the truth behind all that might actually look like: We can agree that with ,,No time to die" one Bond has died. Whether it was the second or the third or Maybe the fourth Bond character within the franchise whose name was ,,James Bond" and who had The same career in the MI6 like his predeccor(s) is not what we need to discuss when we are looking at the franchise's future. There will be a new Bond. Like every Bond film the latest one stated in the credits ,,James Bond will return" so there WILL BE a successor taking on the burden and the role of our hero. Maybe the next Bond is Bond No. 2 or Bond No. 3 or Bond No. 4, but (let us at least agree on this ;D) the next Bond will be a new Bond. It will not be Craig's Bond. Craig's Bond is dead. Craig's era is finished. The new Bond will be a new character also named James Bond. And maybe the next Bond films will tell us finally what this whole mystery with the many different Bonds (who all have ,,the same name" but are seemingly different characters) is actually all about. Or it will always be kept a mystery. We will see what the future brings. PS: I would really love to see a cameo of Lazenby or Brosnan (or probably both) telling the audience and the new Bond what the meaning behind the mystery is. That their Name is James Bond and that this Name has become a title (like the number 007) that the new Bond will get. He will lose the Name that he was born with and be ,,James Bond" then. But this is also just a Fan theory. But of it is true I would like to have Brosnan or Lazenby explaining that to us. As a Cameo in the film. PS: Richard Madden would be an interesting new Bond in my eyes, don't you Think so? By The fact: I tolerate other opinion. ;D
Met Pierce in 2018 in Malibu (Cafe Habana) while he was waiting for a to go order and my Grandson Enzo had just been born a few days earlier. We chatted for a few minutes..He was THE nicest guy. Remembered my name when he left and took a photo with me. Incredibly kind man. I will forever have uber respect for Pierce.
A few other people tell if similar stories...pierce seems to be a really really nice guy which is genuinely great to here when you see the amount of security laden celebrities today. That's a great memory to treasure ...and calling you bill as ye depart is such a personal touch
What type of leather cowboy jacket thing is he wearing, whats the name of that type of clothing? I noticed the top is leather but the sides and stomach area are clothing along with the sleeves being cloth.
I'm straight as an arrow, but Pierce has got to be one of the top 3 most beautiful men I've ever seen...and loyal too, never humiliated his wife with an affair or the other...
@N S Your statement is not true in relation to Pierce Brosnan, and overall is just a random generalisation about the past based on your opinion. Pierce and his partner have been equals since the beginning, they have both supported each other, and their relationship has always been very healthy, which can happen in any fucking decade or time.
@N S Saying someone is 'triggered' because they have a differing opinion to you is an easy way to show up your own arrogance. I have no problem with swearing , but if you do, then grand, I'll leave it out. I didn't miss your point, I understand your point, but your point is entirely one-sided and doesn't take in to consideration a plethora of other factors. It is a tinted view of the past, which you oddly make a point to mention 'males where the head of the household'. Why say this? What has that got to do with Pierce Brosnan and his partner? Your reply doesn't respond to what I've actually said. You've just countered by changing your words, and what your comment actually says. You say above 'I said there was more modesty back then.' But no, you didn't say that, you actually said: "There was more modesty among women, and males where the head of the household". A statement which reeks. So women should be more modest now, is that what you're saying? Also your statement completely overlooks the absolute renowned debauchery that was the 80's. In response to your statistics which is a counter point not related to what I said - In Ireland divorce wasn't even legal until 1996, and this is similar across the world in religious-driven countries. Women in Ireland were being beaten by their abusive partners, and couldn't escape because the law wouldn't allow them. My friends mother was literally killed by her partner after pleading with the Gardai (police) multiple times over the course of 10 years to escape that relationship. The world in general was under a much stricter and paired back viewpoint, with a conservatism that kept people in their place. Now In Ireland, people are free to choose what they want to do, rather than be forced to stay in abusive relationships, just because of some statistics. Is it that you see the statistics of the past as a better time? Marriage statistics and marriage in general is completely meaningless. Giving people the choice to leave a relationship and get a divorce is the correct way to be in my opinion. While the internet is the biggest factor in the changing of the world in the last 20 years, to blanketly blame this on the break-up of relationships or marriage seems like you have an axe to grind with todays world in general, and you look upon the past with rose-tinted glasses, overlooking all the horrors that occurred back then.
Brosnan's hair was totally on top of its game here. Layered, lightly feathered and a gentle colour rinse that highlights his cheekbones and eye colour. It doesn't get much better than this.
He's the first James Bond I was exposed to as a kid. Imagine my shock when they cast Daniel Craig right after lol. Definitely messed up my sense of beauty standards, thanks Brosnan.
Same..I remember when james bond games were so popular in the Nintendo/ps2 era. James bond everything or nothing was one of my fav ps2 games and he was bond I grew up with
@Suq Madiq There were legal issues between MGM and Eon after License to Kill was released with Dalton. By the time the issues were resolved, Dalton didn't want a 3rd movie. That was when Brosnan was hired. Brosnan did 4 movies but after Die Another Day negotiations fell apart for him to do a 5th; the rumor was that he was asking for too much money. Honestly the producers painted themselves into a corner with Die Another Day. It started as a darker Bond, which was what Brosnan wanted, then became this completely overblown, silly tribute to all the past Bond movies. If you compare the first to second half of the movie, it's obvious they didn't know what direction to go in, which had nothing to do with Brosnan. Casino Royale was actually being written with Brosnan in mind, and he would have been fine in a smaller-scale, darker Bond, but Craig was cheaper. Personally I think Craig is a very good actor, but his movies are not all that enjoyable to sit through. Everyone has different tastes though. If you watch Roger Moore's movies (I personally didn't like him as Bond, he was perfect as the Saint though) and compare them to Craig's, you really see how much times have changed. Some of Moore's movies were super cheesy IMHO.
Yes, the person above me is near, the young sheen is very near. Also Henry Cavill and the young Marlon Brando. But, if i take a closer look, its extremly hard to reach Brosnan.
@@buddyrevell511 I was simply saying he was hot for a long time, and continues to be. Why do you think that every statement made has to be relevant to you? I hope you are aware that you, and what you find relevant are not the center of the universe.
@Osw719 Of course you don't, but there's a fine line between acknowledging how handsome someone is, and calling them fine as fuck. It's quite okay to be gay, but it's not so okay to repress it.
You telling me this man wasn't designed?, that he wasn't some experiment grown in a lab? I mean look at him, he is literally the definition of Ideal Man
Would you consider yourself to be a good person? How many lies have you told, and what do you call someone who lies? Have you ever stolen something, no matter how small, and what do you call someone who steals? Have you ever taken God's name in vain/blasphemed, even ‘OMG’? That’s taking the name of the God who gave you life and using it in the place of a cuss word - would you do that with your mother’s name? Have you ever dishonoured your parents? Jesus said whoever looks at a woman with lust has already committed adultery in his heart. Have you ever looked with lust? Most people probably have broken all 5 of these commandments. I myself have. I’m not judging you but if you have done these things then you’re a lying, thieving, blasphemous, rebellious adulterer-at-heart by your own admission. That's only 5 of the 10 commandments. God is fully just so he must and will punish every and all sin (which is departure from/rebellion towards God and the conscience) when he judges us. He cannot simply cancel our debt and let us go, or else he would be unjust. If you went into the courtroom and said: ‘Yes Judge, I’ve done these things but I also give money to the Red Cross and volunteer at an old-age home. I try my best to love people’ the judge is not going to take that into consideration. You’ve broken the law; the good you’ve done won’t help at all on the day of judgement. If he judges you by the moral law will you be innocent or guilty? Heaven or Hell? The answer is Hell. Doesn’t that concern you? But, fortunately, that is not God’s will. He is so loving and merciful, he made a way for you to be forgiven. The Son of God came down as a man, Jesus Christ, and lived a perfect, sinless life, so was the perfect sacrifice. He excruciatingly suffered and died on the cross to pay the FULL debt we owe because of sin; justice is fully done. You and I broke God's law and Jesus paid the fine in his life's blood, being resurrected again 3 days later. That’s why he said “It is finished” on the cross - in other words the debt has been paid. God has the payment ready to go for you. What you need to do is repent (recognising you are a sinner deserving God's punishment, turn to Him) and trust ALONE in Jesus for the forgiveness of your sins. Our works can do nothing as by the standard of God’s moral law we fail, but faith in him is enough to save us from all sin - past, present and future! Then though you have grievously offended God, he will forgive you and you will inherit eternal life being reborn in the Holy Spirit when you put your trust in the Lord and saviour. Too, you enter a covenant relationship with God - sonship, and truly I tell you your life will change in his presence. So repent and trust (i.e. Biblical faith), receive the free gift of grace. He redeemed me. God, The King of The Universe, came down as a man. He lived the first 30 years of his life as a poor carpenter then spent the next 3 preaching, healing and saving souls - all the while being persecuted, insulted and hated by his own people - and took the punishment to save our lives. It’s the most amazing love that anyone ever displayed. Christianity’s not just a religion. It's a pure, sweet relationship with God. Because of Jesus, I am now a son of God. He is my dad, and you can be his child too. God loves you. Will you let him come?. . .. . .. . .
Even back then, pierce brosnan was the man to play as James Bond. It was a miracle he got the role 10 years later even though he was rejected back in the 80's.
Gab he is talking about his show Remington Steele and his show was brought back for another season so Brosnan couldn’t get away from tv contract to play bond and Remington Steele was cancelled in 1987 during the time The Living Daylights was released in which Brosnan was originally going to star in.
What a great waste that he didn’t play Bond sooner. He is the original character of Bond come to life. You can believe that this guy can shag all the babes and defeat any opponent.
Guys that looked like that in the 80s were getting ROASTED constantly. The 80s equivalent of a hipster. Yet in hindsight it's the masses in the 80s that look ridiculous and he looks fashionable.

Is it really possible that any man could be this beautiful on the inside and on the out? How did this happen? He is almost a freak of nature, that any man could be this physically beautiful, charming, intelligent, kind, loyal, unmaterialistic, level headed, funny, talented, and wise. I always loved this guy from the first moment I saw him, and not for the looks, because there are lots of pretty people out there, but for the person. His whole presence seemed so confident yet pure. I think that this one may be for real.
Mike Newbold So, since we are giving you a lesson on clarity, are you calling me a cigarette or a homosexual? And what kind of guy goes around calling women fags for liking a heterosexual man.....you got some confusion going on there, or are you not up to par with Pierce and feel the need to shoot down anyone who notices that he is more attractive than you? Or is fag one of the few words you can spell?
The guy is, without a doubt, one good looking dude and he knows it. However, what makes him cool is the fact that he's not a dick about it. Some blokes play it up and become high and mighty, making them completely insufferable pricks. Pierce is just charming and humble all the time, even now... what a guy 🙂👍
Good Lord he's gorgeous. I wish he'd never cut that hair! He's a gracious person, even now, despite a life full of personal tragedies. Quite an inspiration.

He was ...did the poses as Bond for the posters, filmed the pre tital sequence in Gibraltar, signed the contract, but the Remington Steele producer's fecked it up for him
I swear this man was Born to play James Bond... damn he should've just did one more 007 film before Daniel Craig came along... Yes even though Craig has done an excellent job of making James Bond his own (some consider him the best) by bringing more humanity to the character with a certain sense of rough edged Masculinity to make him more believable with moments of nuanced vulnerability.... but you have to admit, Pierce Brosnan just exudes so much Suave Cavalier Grace & Sophistication that he comes off as the world's smoothest and most dangerous British Agent from the day he was born... having a name like Pierce Brosnan sounds like a better Spy name than James Bond
@J Berco he didn't age terribly... he aged naturally! The man was born in 1953 and was actually supposed to start playing James Bond way before he actually did way back in 1987 instead of his eventual turn out in 1995's Goldeneye (plenty of news sources & reports explain that controversy in detail)... the man is going to be 67 this year in 2020 and he's not supposed to look like Bradley Cooper, Ryan Gosling or Ryan Reynolds... Plus he's not part of any Scientology Cult spewing nonsense about "Thetas" nor is he taking part in drinking Baby's Blood like those Adrenochrome Satanic Hollywood organizations... only then do you start looking like Tom Cruse at 55 jumping off of 20 story Rooftops, breaking his ankles, and going back to work less than 6 weeks... that's abnormal, and yet they pander that notion in Hollywood as if its impressive news... its strange & disturbing news
Did you know ? That Pierce Brosnan was the Nr1 candidate for the bond film The living daylights. But he couldn't get out of his contract to do the bond films until Goldeneye. So to respond to your comment, He shouldn't have made one more, he should have made two before.
@@petermulder7480 yea he could've actually did another 3 or 4 if you think about it... he could've been casted for the Timothy Dalton's films because Daulton was contracted to do 3 Bond films instead just the two he did... the 3rd was scheduled to come out in 1991 or 1992 but never materialized into anything...
This was when he was supposed to play bond but he couldn’t get out of his contract with Remington Steele. He would have gone down as the greatest bond ever if he had got the role earlier.
I recently saw him in a movie "The Matador" about an ageing, somewhat disheveled assassin, and was blown away by how good a sense of humor this guy has (it was already evident in his "The Simpsons" appearance). Like Brad Pitt, he really doesn't seem all that interested in his looks or "sex symbol" status, and I think the older he gets, the more he'll relish such character roles.
Agreed, that's a huge part of Pierce Brosnan's appeal - he really is that handsome (I've met him on a few occasions working in TV), and he's genuinely modest and unassuming with it. Imagine if he looked like that and was a conceited womaniser type - he'd be insufferable! Great actor too (very funny in 'The Matador - no one rocks the Speedos and boots look like he did!). You're right, he really deserves some interesting, complex roles as he gets up there in age. I think he's proved he can pretty much do it all - heroes, villains and sartorially challenged hitmen! I hope there will be many more surprises to come in his future characterisations.
I’m literally hypnotized by the guy (apparently not the only man in that case). I’m not even jealous (you can’t be jealous of a Greek god). Even if he’s very much in love with his wife, it sure wasn’t easy to remain faithful.
Ireland produced the most beautiful and charismatic people, male (Pierce Brosnan, Peter O‘Toole….) and female (Grace Kelly and Audrey Hepburn had both Irish roots…) I guess it‘s the magic beauty of this island which goes straight into the genes of the Irish people. Awesome!
So, because a handful of Irish actors are beautiful and good to look at, you think the entire race has some kind of innate magical beauty in their genes? WTF? Have you ever spent any time in Ireland? Have you ever heard the term "faulty generalization"? If not, look it up, because you're guilty of it. Idiot.
@@emmchen1101 I was a TV producer and booked Pierce Brosnan to appear on TV shows in London twice, when he was promoting Bond movies. The first time was a TV chat show - I had to go and do a pre-interview with him in a hotel room at Claridges (it was a junket, so a long queue of us, TV/print journalists and camera crews etc, each got a 10 minute audience with him). I wasn't really interviewing him, it was more a courtesy chat to prepare him for the questions he would be asked by the TV host on the night, and to answer any queries he might have about the show. I'm not usually star struck, back then I used to meet big stars all the time with my work. But I've always had a crush on PB, so I must admit my heart was thumping a bit. And I was the last person to see him that day, so I worried he'd be tired and rush me out the door. I remember being taken into the hotel suite by the flustered, middle aged PR woman for the film company. "Sit there, he won't be a minute", she said, then dashed out and left me alone. There was a small round table and two chairs - I grabbed the chair facing the door, so I'd see him come in (I think I got out my compact and hastily touched up my lippy at that point, Lol!) Looking at the empty chair opposite me that Pierce Brosnan's buttocks would soon be gracing, I started to get a bit nervous. My mouth got even drier when I realised the wall opposite me had a huge mirror on it, so I could watch myself sitting there getting more and more nervous waiting for him, and wishing I'd had the foresight to lose at least 20lbs before our assignation, LMAO! I remember thinking "You're in a hotel suite at Claridges, waiting for Pierce Brosnan - how many women would give away their first born child to swap places with you right now?!" That job certainly had a few perks! Still no sign of Pierce after 5 minutes - I was starting to feel pretty jumpy sitting there. I'd recently been to a screening of the latest Bond movie, so I half expected him to stroll in all suave in a tuxedo, with slicked back hair, a gun in one hand and a Martini shaker in the other. When he did finally walk through the door, he looked rather different than I'd expected. Not 007-smooth at all but very casual, like he'd just rolled out of bed. His dark hair was mussed up, and he had on jeans, a navy blue turtle neck sweater and at least two days beard growth. He looked cute and low key, but his eyes were unbelievably striking. I remember it was a bright autumn day with sunlight flooding through the window, and I swear they sparkled the exact same shade of blue as the sky. That classic Irish colouring - dark hair and bright blue eyes - is stunning. I've got to tell you - in the flesh, Mr Brosnan did not disappoint! But he wasn't just a pretty face, like some movie heart throbs I've met. He was lovely with it, smiled, reached out and shook my hand, thanked me for coming (yes really!) and asked me if I wanted a coffee as he was going to have one. I said yes please (be rude not to), and he stuck his head out the door to call the flustered PR lady with our drinks order (he also asked her to fetch him a packet of fags, which amazed me as I never had him down as a smoker). PB immediately put me at ease, he's one of those people who is so likeable and unassuming on first meeting, you almost forget he's a world famous, multi-millionaire megastar who could buy the house you live in plus the rest of the neighbourhood with his small change. Someone brought our tray of coffee, and as he sorted it all out I gave him my prepared speech about the chat show he'd agreed to headline on later that week. It was all standard stuff, I gave him an idea of the areas the host would ask him about (he expressly forbade me to tell Pierce his exact questions), and the timings on the night, and he listened quietly. I assumed he was just being polite, because he'd done so many talk shows he must have known the routine backwards. But he was paying attention and seemed genuinely concerned to do a good job. He asked me a few questions about what to expect, including whether he'd get a chance to meet the host before the show. Turned out he was nervous and wanted to check in with him before the interview. That was unusual - most stars I've met are so blase about talk shows they just turn up at the TV studios, walk on set, do their 10 minutes or whatever, then get in the chauffeur car and away. You'll recall I'd been worried Pierce might rush me, as I was the last cab off the rank that day, but not a bit of it. It was actually me who wrapped up our meeting - I know, I could hardly believe it either, as I heard myself say "Well it's been great Pierce thanks so much - I won't take up any more of your time, see you at the studios on Thursday!" I don't think he was used to young women, well let's face it, any women, giving him the bums rush. But what else could I do - I'd said what I had to say, he'd asked what he wanted to ask, we'd finished our coffee and there was nothing more to do except jump on that fabulous four poster bed and give free expression to our powerful, unspoken mutual lust... Modesty... Oh alright, honesty, prevents me from continuing that story 'cos what really happened was I shook his hand and skipped down the plush, carpeted stairway of Claridges and out into the sunshine towards Oxford Street, to get the tube back to my office. And I felt like I was flying all the way - Pierce Brosnan is truly lovely! He did a fantastic turn on the show later that week. The studio audience greeted him with enthusiasm, the then current 007 was looking suave and spy-like, clean shaven in a Savile Row suit, and the interview was a breeze. Backstage, Pierce was kind enough to stand there for 10 minutes and patiently autograph umpteen glossy photos for my nephews, nieces, siblings, parents and of course, for myself, though he refused my plea to write "With sweetest memories of 00-Heaven in our Claridges suite" (spoilsport). A few years later I met PB again on a much bigger and more interesting TV show, but I'm saving that anecdote for my memoirs, Lol! Sorry I bored on folks, but you did ask!

@@sctmcg I am not sure if that would have worked with The continuity.
Despite of the franchise's general timeline-continuity (that is hard to understand for me considering The age between all the actors and The time that has passed between all the Films that make me think: ,,How can this all be the same Person? ; ,,How can Daniel Craig from 2006 be The same Bond as Connery from The 1960s; the age is not fitting") I understand your point I think
I suppose the thing you want to say (if Brosnan would have made the Dalton films in the late 1980s) is something like: ,,Is it possible that Pierce Brosnan and Daniel Craig are one and the same Bond, because this would fit much better in the franchise's continuity considering that Brosnan is not that much older than Craig?"
With other words: There are two Bonds existing in The continuity.
SPOILER
the death of this Bond in ,,No time to die".
But whatever the truth behind all that might actually look like:
We can agree that with ,,No time to die" one Bond has died.
PS:
Richard Madden would be an interesting new Bond in my eyes, don't you Think so?

I tolerate other opinion. ;D

@N S You just didn't respond to anything I've said. Do you revert back to saying someone is triggered whenever you have nothing to say?
I'm a good looking guy too :)
Brosnan's hair was totally on top of its game here. Layered, lightly feathered and a gentle colour rinse that highlights his cheekbones and eye colour. It doesn't get much better than this.

margus kiis Oh no. He was a fucking great James Bond. He was just in boring Bond movies.
He was the best. He was bond during my childhood.

Terry Wogan is a proper catch.
Will you let him come?. . .. . .. . .

@Dhi Mancini I'd say he was really different by '97
I think because he looked older than his age when he was younger. He's 32 here but looks more like 40s. Same thing with Connery.
A single strand of his chest hair has more beauty than my entire body
zack morris beauty^**
Nomad -Leg-End it’s called a typo Einstein
J M never have I read such an incoherent and grammatically poor sentence; get an education you silly imbecile!
ruclips.net/video/Qoxg_DcqhsA/видео.html
I'm sure that's not true.
It should be illegal to be this handsome!
I say this proudly:
Pierce is one of the most beautiful men ever.
Damn that hair. That look. Absolute perfection. Also I love how in the midway he felt warm and causally took off his jacket, not givng af, all the while being a gentleman lol.
Damn brosnan is handsome I want to swap heads
We saw Remington Steel in the 90s and were hooked to Pierce and the series.
I'm enchanted looking into his eyes and that smile is just killer.
He should of been James Bond in the 80s and 90s.
He wouldn't pass that.
could have been but for Remington Steele not releasing him from contract for what became Living Daylights
He was ...did the poses as Bond for the posters, filmed the pre tital sequence in Gibraltar, signed the contract, but the Remington Steele producer's fecked it up for him
He almost was but couldn’t get out of his contract for Remington Steel
He looked too young to play James bond
He was meant to play Bond in Casino Royale
@@kobizarre2003 really? Why did this not happen..??
This was when he was supposed to play bond but he couldn’t get out of his contract with Remington Steele. He would have gone down as the greatest bond ever if he had got the role earlier.
I cant even compare him to anyone else, its such a uniquely beautiful face.
Alain Delon
I actually know someone who resembles him, only he has blonde hair and everyone, men and women swoon when he’s around. Lol.
Beautiful. I wish he'd done an extra 10 years of Bond before GoldenEye.
Should have done but was locked into a contract as Remington Steele
What? Dalton was shit as a Bond, everyone knows that, that's why when you think of Bond every decade comes to mind, except 80s.
@gothatway09 sounds like Henry Cavill might go the same route
@@stratogustav Dalton was the best.
Are you talking about the treehouse of horror episode from The Simpsons? or was there another one?
Pierce Brosnan seems genuinely humble. Brad Pitt knows he's beautiful and uses it to his benefit.
@@ben66562 Yeah, the Treehouse episode in which Brosnan plays the sentient home software.
I’m literally hypnotized by the guy (apparently not the only man in that case). I’m not even jealous (you can’t be jealous of a Greek god). Even if he’s very much in love with his wife, it sure wasn’t easy to remain faithful.
Damn he's one best looking actors in hollywood industry. Perfect for the role of james bond
He's so beautiful it hurts.
OMG......I FORGOT HOW FREAKIN GORGEOUS PIERCE WAS/IS. DAMN! I FELL IN LOVE ALL OVER AGAIN. PIERCE CAN STILL GET IT, FrFr!!!!
After I finished the whole video smiling like an idiot at him, I realised there was an interview going on🤦♀️😂
Imagine how tough it was for his mates, shook of bringing their girls around him 🤣
bro , if your friend in the 80's was Pierce Brosnan then you were royaly fvcked... any girl would be leaving you
@@Dan_Kanerva nahhh if your friends with pierce it’s easy , all the girls will be swarming him and you sweep up with the ones he doesn’t go for
Ireland produced the most beautiful and charismatic people, male (Pierce Brosnan, Peter O‘Toole….) and female (Grace Kelly and Audrey Hepburn had both Irish roots…) I guess it‘s the magic beauty of this island which goes straight into the genes of the Irish people. Awesome!
So, because a handful of Irish actors are beautiful and good to look at, you think the entire race has some kind of innate magical beauty in their genes? WTF? Have you ever spent any time in Ireland? Have you ever heard the term "faulty generalization"? If not, look it up, because you're guilty of it.
Idiot.
I've met him twice, professionally - he really is that pretty!
I am so jelly
Im just as pretty.
You’re so lucky! I live in LA and I’ve never seen him in person.
How comes you met him?
There was a small round table and two chairs - I grabbed the chair facing the door, so I'd see him come in (I think I got out my compact and hastily touched up my lippy at that point, Lol!)
Looking at the empty chair opposite me that Pierce Brosnan's buttocks would soon be gracing, I started to get a bit nervous.
My dad looks like Pierce Brosnan and when I told him that, he took it as a tremendous complement. Anybody who looks like Pierce Brosnan should.
I'm a straight guy and I would go down on your dad just so I can tell people I sucked off a guy that LOOKS like Pierce Brosnan. For clout purposes ofcourse. It'd be a cool icebreaker at parties
my dad also looks a little bit like Brosnan and is very handsome
Same as my dad .... send me your dad's pic to compare 😆
Wish I had half this man's class. Good dude. Fond memories of his movies in the 90's and such.
Oh now I see why people talk about his looks
@This Guy always get good sleep.
Eat healthy, exercise drink lots of fluid
He always looks so suave... Even now!
@chicagoMOB # I think u need to dig on why it's said *Beauty is only skin deep* when everything else is fair & equal.
I think you won't do well in cosmetic shop if u were the owner
@Jordan Belfort yeah I waw introduced to him 1st through james bond and I guess they tried to make him look tougher and he was already old so.i didn't understood the appeal
It's true, he's an extremely handsome man, but I love the sound of his voice! Always loved him!
Brosnan has a very refined symmetrical face. His features are defined in a classical sense, like he has been sculpted. Add the accent and his demeanour, he really seems to be the masculine ideal. 🇨🇦
Me (looking in the mirror): Im a 10 tonight.
RUclips Recommendations: We will see about that.
He's was something like Tom Cruise and Clint Eastwood. Cmon.
That's actually right on.
A bit of Hemsworth as well especially in the eyes
He looks kinda like when you want to keep him on the shelf and never touch it. Just look. 🤗
😂
@N S y not both
My mom and I loved Pierce since the very first moment we discovered him in Remington Steele. He was always a classic timeless beauty. My dad has the same kind of beauty/looks (we often say he looks a lot like James Bond/Brosnan), with dark, fabulous hair, big blue eyes, regular face, and I inherited this type of look from my father as well (I'm a girl). So it's not a surprise Pierce was always, totally my type. 😂😉
