Ralez I think it's got a lot to do with graham norton's openness and warmth but also the effects of british television. I don't know if it's true or not but as far as I've noticed british tv is far more laid back and british comedy is also far better than what americans are used to.

It's okay to be nervous, I think you have to just allow yourself to be nervous and accept it instead of desperately trying to stop your anxiety. It sort of amplifies it when you try to stop it. If anything being nervous is good because being calm means you're not doing something you're excited about.

We all have different strengths and weaknesses so it doesn't hurt to be open to suggestions. Even if your workmate is a dumbass, you have to deal with it professionally.
