Can someone please help, I’ve tried everything in the world.. I’ve waited hours and I’ve been working on it for hours. I’ve unplugged my router and ect, nothing has seemed to work - NOTHING.. I’m only 13 and I’ve gotten my parents to help but they don’t know either. Someone please help

I’m having the same issue.
I reset it too many times already.
Usb updated and still not working.
I tried the reset button on the back of the TV.
I unplugged it.
I’ve tried the code.
And none of these steps works for my TV.
