I GOT THE SOLUTION: For those of you who have tried the system reset and restart and have reset your modem if it still has not worked for you this is what I was advised to do by a customer service rep. Go into your Wi-Fi connection and connect to your mobile hotspot on your phone if you have one and then let it do an update to the latest version. Then go back and try to connect your home Wi-Fi again. This should work.
Aye bro the same thing happened to me try unplugging your tv and plugging it back in after 5 seconds then go to setup wireless or wired connection then it should search for your WiFi and then type in your info to your WiFi it should connect if anything is wrong lmk I’ll try to help

I'm pretty fed up with my Roku TV right now. Every time Roku downloads the newest version of Roku software to my Magnavox/Roku TV, I have to register all my streaming apps all over again !! This has happened to me 2 times in less than 2 weeks. Version 10.5.0 build 4181-65 is the most recent problem. It's time consuming and a tedious problem to have to keep fixing. Im going to get rid of my ROKU TV it sucks. Every week the wifi dont connect but all the other tvs thats not Roku works fine...Roku sucks I wouldnt recommend anyone to get that brand.
Thanks . It worked perfectly. Until the next day. So I did all this again and SUCCESS ......for about 2 hours and it lost signal again. It worked very well for 2 months until these issues. I think the Roku is good for a short period and then just dies.
