Pretty cool vid Vince, as I’m the kid growing up that took apart all my mom’s appliances etc....to see how they worked. Hairdryers, toasters, KitchenAid Stand Mixer(wasn’t to happy w/ this one, Oops😂); and so on. Too bad didn’t get it up & running again, it think got your money’s worth; so that awesome👍🏻. Gotta add (I’m sure you know this, but for others who don’t....I’m adding it), the orbital slot cover is what broke, & it’s like $30 to replace, & the rubber insulator you cut off is $7. Appreciate taking the time to show us this, as I haven’t taken apart any of my Milwaukee Tools, or others....as I don’t need to. Cheers Vince & Nick, thx for your hard work✌🏼
I teally like your style because u disassemblied it and made me know what inside is and explain how it work. Thank you so much and look for another clip.
Appreciate the autopsy on the M sawsall ! Am relieved to learn it was ten yrs old and much used.Just bought one, and it's nice to know what the innards of this contraption look like. Thank you !
Yes, it's obsolete. So is a 1971 Chevy Chevelle SS 454 four-on-the-floor posi traction dual exhaust 2 door coupe! Still awesomely and freakishly COOL!! Thanks Vince. Oh by the way, nice touch with the power tool backing off screws instead of that.... other thing... Oh screwdriver! LOL Seriously, cool stuff and God bless! 😁👍✌
Good job Vince. You know those parts probably do not cost a lot, and there is a Milwaukee store not to far from you. That saw is most likely worth fixing. Thanks for the look inside.
Hi seen your post that you welded it back together, I'm having same issue and I was thinking same thing. They sell the part for like 3 bucks. But mine was a clean break so I'm going to try to weld it. My question is how do you get it all back together again. All that stuff that is on the inside. Is there access to put the round guides and pin through arm. Is there a certain sequence I have to do to get it all working again. Thanks if you could help
Dude- you are great! I'm in Hungary, Europe and I've got a Fuel model CSX made in Germany so not the same system, the lights are blinking and was just fixed ($240 repair), I'm taking it back to the service center this week... cheers1
At 5:19 if you see where his fingers are, take that black piece apart and try to spin it with a torque if it’s not spinning, the gears are probably messed up if it starts spinning hard at first and then start spinning. Then there’s probably something in there but you can probably get it out if you just keep spinning.
What is all the white residue were the battery slides in ? Did the tool get wet or do the battery terminals have corrosion on them as soon as you slid the battery off I can see that through the video ...if the tool is a 18v system can't it be tested without its original battery just like bench testing
Hey Vince ahora me siento identificado contigo tengo una manía jamás puedo tirar algo sin desarmar a ver que hay adentro y cómo funciona a veces los desarmo aunque estén buenos y los vuelvo a armar 😂😂
Hey Vince random question. Have you ever carried a Leatherman? They have helped me in many situations. I know this doesn’t apply to the video but I’m just curious. I wear on on my hip with a sheath from R.A.E. Gear and I also have a knife I carry. I think it could benefit you in many ways. Never know when you need a quick pliers or any of the tools they have!
Vince getting down and dirty inside a recip saw to troubleshoot the deal. The deal appears to be a very broken recip saw. You won though and cheers to that !!!
Vince, why didn't you use that Milwaukee 11 in 1 to tear it down? I went out the next day and bought one after I saw that review! Love that screwdriver lol.
I have the brand new super saws all. It locked up and lost power I was able to free the lock but the sauce still has no power however the small LED light does come on
So I got the m18 fuel and non fuel model hackzall both burned up the barrings for the end of the shaft the fuel one Iv had for maybe 6 months you can smell burnt grease on both but the shaft on the fuel got so hot it turned colors
10 years isn't bad at all. If mine lasts that long i'd be happy. It cuts out all the time cutting camstrut and it's not binding up. I think it's some sort of abuse sensor or something, but it shouldn't trip after making a single cut through camstrut should it? I've used m18 fuel sawsalls and they don't cut out like my regular m18 sawsall does. Odd.
Nah Vince has his own unique style too. It's basically summed up as "I probably shouldn't be doing this or filming it but I'm going to any way , just for you guys and maybe we'll learn something. I might even fix it which would be cool, but if i don;'t whatever, it's old and been broken for years. What? You think I'm stupid enough to pull apart my good tool? You idiot Also, I don't care what grease you think I should use. Go fuck yourself. To everyone else, much love" Or something like that... 😂😂 Love ya Vince!. Stay real brother! 👊🏼
🤔And here I thought you going to cut this old milwaukee Sawzall like you cut the old Dewalt Sawzall oh well and also play play play gameover old milwaukee 💣💥

Nice teardown
Great video vince

Knowing + looking good while doing it = full battle
lol I agree with the take apart your tools comment haha
10 years of professional contractor use. Now that is money wisely spent.
I want to see an autopsy of a gen 1 fuel impact driver.
Yo I need that motor out of there!! Hahaha!
Send that thing to AvE for analysis on the healing bench!!
Looks like the inside of a fishing reel
"I will say this" drinking game
Smashed and tapped brah
You should have cut it in half with a Dewalt recip saw.😂😂😂
🤣🤣
They just would have killed another dewalt trying to get through it
@@aaronrudd2690 actually you are more than likely right.😂😂😂
your getting closer to being AvE disassembling tools and all just need lots of dirty jokes and to hide your face.
🤣🤣🤣
