For North Americans,Australians or Europeans..this is ugly.
What is beautiful for them now are small towns full of charm, quaintness and full of artisan bakers, distillers and shops full of finely curated slow fashion garments.
Perhaps tourists from Belarussians, Moldova or Ukraine will appreciate this. They don't have much like these in their home countries. These are the most underdeveloped countries in Europe.
This is good part of Makati but you didn’t show all slums surrounding metro Manila… let alone the smells are horrendous !
