Parqal is a five-hectare mixed-use development by D.M. Wenceslao and Associates, Inc. Parqal provides not only a retail spine of flagship stores and corporate offices, but also a place for community to gather.
The four-hectare pedestrian-friendly linear park is at the center of Parqal, which also features retail stores and offices.
“We envisioned this as a main street of the entire city. We want to have the services here that will feed and accommodate all the residents inside Aseana City,” Mr. Wenceslao said.
There are canopy-covered, open space sandwiched between nine four-storey buildings in Parqal, which stretches from Diokno Boulevard to Macapagal Boulevard.
About 60% of the property is an open area, according to Mr. Wenceslao.
The first and second floors of its buildings are available for commercial use, while the third and fourth floors contain office spaces for lease.

kung ganto lang sana lahat ng mga establishment sa ibang mga lugar ang ganda ng bansa natin malinis at maaliwalas kahit hanggang 2nd floor lang eh tapos ganyan yung mga sidewalk baka daming turista na bibista talaga sa pinas

Pag summer yun lang problema sa outdoor open space theme. Ganitong design maganda sa malamig na lugar, otherwise maglagay sila ng mga outdoor giant fans with mist pag summer na.

Dapat yung ground floor ay tabi tabi ang mga different cafes n restaurants parang BGC para maraming choices ang mga namamasyal....n in the Summer months or Christmas season sana mag sponsor ng mga outdoor events like concerts n sports events para mas puntahan pa ng maraming tao....
