Sana lagyan nila ng parke or pasyalan gaya sa Ayala triangle garden para nman my mapasyalang nature park sa lugar na yan ....

Galing kami sa area na yan last week. Grabe sobrang init at napaka humid ng area (gawa siguro ng malapit sa dagat). Hopefully maglagay sila ng maraming puno specially sa sidewalk para ok maglakad lakad. Magkaroon din sana ng maraming green space kagaya ng BGC at Alabang.

Just looking at the scenery, napaka-init ng lugar na ito, walang greenery puro buildings. Mamatay ka sa init sa lugar na ito.

Car centric, too wide roads na parang nasa middle East. Walang mga puno and landscaping to balance the high rises. Tourists can only enjoy inside amenities

Kahit mga content creators and vloggers pag nagdi describe ng mga lugar sa Pinas, ilalagay "little new Zealand of the Philippines", "Maldives of the Philippines", etc. This doesn't help our tourism in the long run cos people won't be able to recall the name of the place and eventually hinders the place from getting it's own identity.

So True, example of branding like Las Vegas is not even comparable. Las Vegas is a different level of development huwag gamitin na headline...nakaka hiya naman, but I must admit yeah the development is good and must continue its own branding...
