      It's been like that long time ago, the Ayalas should govern the whole of the country. Look what they did at BGC, modern urban planning and yet a lot of plazas, green field and vegetation. Don't let the chekwa blood and the pure Filipino do the job, they will ruin the Metropolis and the whole country with their monkey business.

    I worked in that area from 1977 to 1993, in the Makati Med area, at the old Citytrust head office. I can honestly say that this area is much better than NYC. I have been to NYC many, many, many times.

Magpapagawa pa raw ang isa ng PAREX para maibsan ang traffic, ang kapalit ay habang buhay na paniningil sa kawawang mga Pilipino at sirain ang mukha ng ilog Pasig. Ganid talaga.

    This video makes me excited to go back and want to see more. Funny that though an American I have not been to New York City, but I have been to Manila where my fiancé her sister and I stayed in a hotel in Makati and spent some quality time there for about four days. I loved every minute of it!

      I recently visited NYC, please don’t go there except when very necessary. Brace yourself from the onslaught of bad smell emanating from the sewage system, garbage everywhere and so many homeless people begging for food and money! Coming from a country where everybody has a ready smile, I felt very lonely in that city.

    • @TheCAG1976
      @TheCAG1976 17 дней назад +2

      @@cesc7804 I have a coworker who has been to NYC only once and ironically she said the very exact thing as you.
      In Manila I felt safe, and seen so many happy faces and such a family atmosphere as well as numerous cultures there as well. I only wish my fiancé and her sister and I were not in such a rush to visit from place to place there since we only stayed four nights. They had to get back to Mindanao and I had to get back to the US.

    I can still recollect me walking around as a messenger at the beginning of my professional career. It differs on the lense of the camera when you used to walk along Salcedo, Rufino, Makati Ave., Ayala Ave. Kamagong, Chino Roces, Yakal, Valero, H.V. Dela Costa, Rada, Gil, Paseo de Rojas. It was a great experience being a messenger. you get along with like minded people. There were a lot of people walking the streets especially when the sun is about to go down.

      Nope. Trash those flowers. If they'll put plants there, better put trees or green leafy plants to help the environment. Ano gagawin mo sa flowers. lol

      It's a CBD, Most of the skyscrapers lined along Ayala Avenue are Office Towers, I think he walked on Saturday or Sunday where most office workers are off, most establishments are closed so human traffic is less, there's a lot of people there during weekdays especially rush hours.

      Because it's a business saturated area like big companies and corporations offices all are in the office and not that crowded because it's not a market whole sale business area but if you to some areas there you will see chaos.
