Thank you for showing the proper use of vacuum for resin work. This is a MUCH better and safer method than pressure pots! It addresses the fundamental need for degassing, rather than masking trapped gas by reducing size. At less than one atmosphere it is so much safer and effective. I loved that you make the age and damage of the part the feature for the finished restoration. As we all age, I hope we appreciate our wrinkles as an expression of our character. Bravo!

Doctor: What were you admitted to this asylum?
Patient: I watched videos showing a guy removing scratches from rusty nails and polishing them.
    Doctor: Nurse!!!

Because of the trouble involved to restore the nails when you can buy new ones so cheap, that was my initial reaction as well, but the flip side is it’s satisfying to use the originals and be able to do what he did restoring something so simple

I also wondered why nails who are 99% submerged into wood need this treatment and than i had a wild guess - i once heard that the old steel was far better than todays steel (which at first hand has to be cheap) and maybe he wanted the old ones besides their originality also for their durability.

I just want to say that I look forward to your uploads. I like the method of cleaning and how you don’t just wash, degrease, and repaint every broken thing that you come across. You make them look desirable again( I’m still warming up to the resin stuff). Good work.

while restoring videos isn't the most out-there thing, you definitely add a nice touch that sets you apart from others, you have a spot at the end where you test if it really works, and you have really calming camera angles. I hope to see your channel grow, Keep up the great work!
