I started my DIY car journey a long time ago when Maguire’s was the top tier in waxes and shampoos. Then about 10 years ago, Chemical Guys started their video training/marketing series on You Tube. I bought into what they were selling. A good foundational understanding of the difference between a compound and polish, the 2 bucket wash method with dirt traps, etc. How pad choice combined with compounds or polish made a difference, etc. Then Pan came along with his chemists viewpoint and decades long pro detailer experience (along with Todd at Esoteric). Now, competing voices opened my awareness to better products. I learned about other top tier brands such as; Rupes, P&S, Car Pro, etc. The journey continues. Thank you Pan. I respect your opinions, your approach and video story telling and teaching of skills. Keep up your great work! And, keep it tight!
Amen to this Brian! This is exactly my experience. Chemical Guys opened my world to what good detailing really is. They were a “gateway drug” for me. Still learning but honestly thankful for them, as without them I never would have started researching ceramic coatings or probably even found this channel. I don’t buy much from them anymore (I still like VRP and Silk Shine), but would happily buy the guys a drink as a thanks for opening up my approach, technique, and skill.
I bought those microfiber towels to try out. I figured if they were awful, I would use them for my wheels. They ended up being GREAT and they were soft. I bought a 2nd pack. For $10, they are a great buy.
I just purchased my first new car. While I've always taken care of my vehicles, I'm highly interested in detailing and upkeep on another level now. This channel and the info you provide is exactly what I need! Thank you!
Thanks for the positive feedback. How did you discover my channel by the way? Welcome to my channel. I was watching videos about ceramic coatings, and your review of Meguiar's Hybrid spray was suggested. I've learned more in just a few of your videos than in the past couple of days' research!
As a long time fan of Pan the Organizer, the only product in this line up that I use is the Invisible Glass cleaner. All the other car detail products I use have come recommended by Pan. I’ve done some testing myself and have some favorites that I will continue to purchase across a variety of brands (TW, Griot’s, P&S, McKee’s 37, Meguiars). And a side note, I’m just a DIY weekend warrior and not a professional detailer.
I’ve had great success with Adams products. I know some of them are a bit pricey, but always quality stuff. Especially their mega foam, and wheel cleaners.
I think alot of the appeal for chemical guys is the price point for a decent product, especially for those who aren’t too serious about detailing, the more serious you get about detailing and what products go on your car the more willing you’d be to spend the 3-6$ extra on a very very good product, but majority of people will be more than happy with what chemical guys offer
I personally do not use any Chemical Guys products anymore, but for whatever reason, every single person I know that is a DIY weekend warrior type uses them. I tell them about the products I use like Carpro, P&S, Koch Chemie, Gyeon etc etc and they look at me like I’m insane 😂
I'm a huge fan of 3D brand products. I work at a Kia dealership and use their Super Soap (1 oz per 5 gal!), Super Wheel Cleaner, Super Citrus APC, LVP Conditioner (HIGHLY recommended!), 3D One Compound, 3D Speed AIO (crazy easy to use(, Poxy Wax, Waterless Wash (GREAT stuff), Non Silicone Tire Dressing (only 3D product I'm not a fan of) Invisible Glass is fantastic.
Starting the chat about consumer purchase preference is great... Seeing the Amazon TOP SELLERS list shows to me that the consumer is very much swayed by todays styled advertising on RUclips, Facebook etc etc .. Price / Value for money is a the major swayer for the average consumer... You Pan, definitely steer your watchers to the BEST performing products but all of us can't necessarily afford these products... Here in Australia a lot of the products you show are hard to find locally or if they are available, they have an insanely expensive price compared to the US$ pricing.... I'm finding buying an Amazon I'm able to access products that your showing at a more reasonable price.. Always enjoy your views and demonstrations .. Cheers
I think Chemical Guys is just a well-known inexpensive brand. Glad to see Invisible Glass on the list. I must say that I’m surprised that TRC didn’t make the cut for the towel category. Perhaps name popularity and price point are responsible for the overall list.
Sometimes I find some good deals on Amazon, but I mainly stick with one company. I used to try a bunch of different ones, but once I found a company that offers nearly every product I need, I stuck with them. Some of the products you reviewed are good for the average detailer looking to clean their vehicles, but they're not for everyone. It's important to have people like Pan who test these products and let us know how they work. Great work Pan!
New to channel but have been detailing for a few decades-here’s my two cents. Invisible Glass is much better than windex and other houehold cleaners also have the reach tool, I barely wet the pad. I saw recent vids about Cerakote having issues; use Meguires wheel cleaner (diluted) then regular wash soap to clean wheels and tires. Also like Meg’s detail interior cleaner which does not leave any residue; finally like Meg’s wash with my HarbFreight cannon. Tires get just about any silicone based protectant which I apply in the sun-no wiping heat makes it shine well. Thanks again Pan for the reviews!!
Thanks for watching man!! I guess you're in the USA if you mentioned Harbor Freight? Cheers from Montreal, Canada! Welcome to my channel. I don’t mind CG Mr Pink. Good suds out of a foam cannon, decent/acceptable lubrication, OK scent. Works in a pinch if you got nothing else to use but not what I’m reaching for first. That goes to Adams Car Shampoo. VRP is decent for vinyl tonneau covers for truck beds and similar materials. Works well for engine bays too if you dilute it at a 1:2. But again Hyper Dressing is a thing soooooo. I’ve used VRP as a tire dressing before and it just doesn’t last as long and it actually collects dust really quick. I’ve bit the bullet and shelled out money for Carpro Darkside and that stuff WORKS. It lasts ~1.5 months where I live (Eastern Nebraska) and I live on a dirt road. I’d rather use Perl over VRP but again if you’re out of other dressings of your choice VRP will work in a pinch. It works well for weathertech floor mats and rubber floor mats too.
Early in my detailing days, 20+ years ago, I went crazy trying to figure out the differences between Chemical Guys shampoos. It was futile and frustrating.
One thing that gets used to boost or “steal” that number one/best seller spot is the category of each product. For example, the quick detailer you mentioned from Mcguiar’s, it’s in its own category of, “Waxes by Mcguiar’s”. Since it’s in such a *very* specific “category”, it can easily have the “Best Seller” title. Whereas if there’s a dozen of quick detailers categorized in “automotive” or “detailing”, they would be competing against each other and would be a better scale to see which is actually the best seller. I’ve seen products in categories they don’t even belong in have the “best seller” title. I can’t bring one to mind at the moment, but I’ll give a little exaggerated example. It’s like seeing a body lotion categorized as a polishing/compound and because lotion is probably selling more units than any polish/compound, it can steal the “best seller” title from right under actual polishes/compounds. Which will also boost its views and clicks, which in turn will boost sales. So the seller will mark their product in an entirely different category that it can easily win in, just to get the number one spot to boost their views. I would almost compare it to Google’s SEO. But instead of “optimizing”, they are tricking the algorithms. If they were categorized appropriately, I think we might see some (not all) different results as to who are the “best sellers”. Sorry for the long post, maybe a bit of a rant. 😅

I use the CG Waterless Wash only when I want a quick cleaning on my car when it's lightly dusty or when I'm doing headlight restoration. It does the job. That's why CG is popular because they make products that "does the job" but of coarse as you mention too many stuff, they should just focus on a few things. And ppl who buys and use only their stuff thinks they're professional detailers. Not knocking CG cuz they have some good stuff but their is better quality products elsewhere. As I mentioned I use some of their stuff so it's good when you don't want to have much of a guess work.
Groits 3 in 1 wax lasts over 8 months on new car paint so I think that's the best easiest sprayable wax one can get. but I personally use Adam's Advanced ceramic spray coat or Can Coat evo for most of my customers cars unless they want a glass bottle coating. I use chem guys vrp diluted 3 to 1 for interior dressing works great. every mfg has 1 or 2 products that are good but the rest is useless so it's good to communicate and be part of communities like yours and a few others that test and show what really does work. I really like the Dr Beasley products now. fantastic chemists over there. keep up the great videos Pan you're making us better
From personal experience, Leather Honey conditioner is my go-to for non detailing needs. Leather wallets, belts, my wife's purses etc. this works wonders keeping your leather goods looking brand new. I would never use it for detailing purposes though.
Yeah that is what I thought, and reading the viewers' comments for those who tried the Leather Honey range confirms my thoughts, hence why I prefer automotive grade leather care products from top tier leather brands like Geist and Colourlock.
This was a good video, and in a way a walk down memory lane. Ever since I started watching Pan he has basically encouraged me to pay attention to detailing and washing my car and to up my car game. As a result, I use many of The prosumer items that are available to us weekend warriors. I am not a pro but a weekend warrior that appreciates nice gloss and finish If it weren’t for Pan the organizer and guys like Matt Moreman from obsessed garage, I would still be using chemical guys. My cars have benefited from detailing and have sold for significantly more because of my detailing game. Love you Pan
Thanks for the kind words and positive feedback man! I’m always happy to hear that I was able to inspire my viewers to take their detailing game to the next level! 💪🏻👍🏻
I love CG swift wipe for a quick detail between traditional washing. If you’re smart and use WW microfiber, roll your wrist and switch towels often, it’s incredible!
I agree, it's great value! The spray protection that is ranked just under the Cerakote is the Turtle Wax Hybrid Solutions Ceramic Spray Coating, and that too is quite good for money (I get 8-9 months durability with 2 layers). But I prefer the Flex Wax in the TW range.

@@PanTheOrganizer can't remember I think one of my freinds sent me a link or video I'd love to travel to Canada some day I wish I had the same technology when I started I would be a millionaire several times over I remember making our own foam shampoo you buy in the can we made it in a bucket 🪣 lol
That's not how it was designed to be used, and this is from Dave, the chemist that formulates the P&S products. But if it works for you, that's totally fine. Bead Maker actually needs to sit and cure on the paint for a few hours before being exposed to moisture or water. At least for the first foundation layer.
I haven’t tried the USATOOLS microfibers, but I did order a few sets from the Rag Company for the first time before doing the coating on my wife’s SUV. I was fairly new to detailing before (washed my car once a week but always with the standard stuff available at the auto parts store). Anyway, I’ve been shocked at how much nicer the Rag Company towels are than those I can get at Costco or the local store. They’ve made a customer for life in me. As for Chemical Guys, I have a few bottles of their stuff I’m still using up. I really do like the VRP and Silk Shine products, from the way they apply to the smell. I’ve moved away from using most everything else. I will say that in a pinch, their stuff works fairly well. I was detailing a car to sell it and ran out of APC. All the “good brands” were a week or two out to receive. I popped by Walmart and got the Chemical Guys stuff and it met the need just fine.
Chemical guys has like one or two hidden gems that work really well at a good price. Other than a select few products its overhyped too saturated of a product variety and shouldn't be purchased by detailers or enthusiasts
I agree with you Pan! After all I started 1st grade with you in taking care of my car at age 67 lol 🤣🤣 The products you mention from Amazon that are okay I use depending on the car and situation. On my own car I use all the best stuff that you gave awards to since 2020. I look forward to that ranking video every year. Thank you again for all that you do! Your videos are always very informative and well put together for learning.
How about an exterior satin black trim restorer? Especially for large trim panels, such as all these tall cargo service vans with large lower skirt trimmings? Great topic! As usual, awesome job, Pan!
From my experience, Chemical Guys Total Interior can leave residue/streaks on shiny surfaces. Just takes extra work to fully buff off. Could be the protectant part of the product. On non-shiny surfaces it worked well enough. I didn't really enjoy using it, though. Finally finished my bottle and I'm now using P&S interior cleaner, which is just a cleaner. So far, so good.
I have used a couple of these products, but I've moved on to more effective products. I really understand the average person buying these products, because you can get them anywhere. If I ask an average person what they use on their cars, they usually give me the list you've compiled here. If I ask, have you tried Gyeon, Carpro, or P&S? They have never heard of it. For a workhorse towel, I've been trying Cosco Kirkland towels. They're ok. Cool video. I've been wondering what folks like and use. Your audio/video quality is still top of the line Pan.
Very informative video, as usual, Pan, thanks for sharing! I use a couple of these products and have found with Chemical Guys Nonsense that a 1:4 ratio is good for heavy cleaning, and a 1:10 ratio for lighter tasks works pretty well (had bought a gallon of it a while back). Like you said, it's not the best, but it's still reasonably good. I've also used the Adams Iron Remover, and found it to be okay, but not spectacular; I was hoping for a bit better from an Adams product (will probably switch to CarPro based on your evaluation and recommendation). Anyhow, thanks again for sharing and keep up the great content!
my opinion: Soap - CarPro Reset Glass cleaner - Stoner Invisible glass Spray form paint coating - Turtlewax Flex wax QD - mix of Bead maker & Dream maker Wheel and tyre cleaner - P&S Brakebuster Tyre dressing - CarPro PERL diluted 1:1 been searching for Darkside but no luck in yet. Iron remover- CarPro Iron X, waiting for the availability of the new product that doesn't smell nasty APC - CarPro MultiX Microfiber towel - mainly from The Rag Company most if not all items in my arsenal been in sir Pan's Top 3 awards from 2020 to present.

Hi Pan, Great video😊. I've used VRP for interior dashboard and performed great. Effect is still there after autumn and winter. For tyres is in the middle. Stand for a week or two, but depends of the conditions Cheers, Yavor

I don't dislike Chemical Guys, they just have too many products. For soap I like P&S Pearl. Inexpensive, versatile and smells good. I love Leather Honey for my briefcase and messenger and overnight bags, but I use Geist for the car. Brake Buster is still my favorite wheel cleaner. Carpro Iron X Lemon. I like both Rag Company and Chemical Guys towels. Super Clean is my APC of choice. I do agree with VRP for the tires. I've tried a few, and I keep going back to that one. For interior I actually like Adam's Interior Detailer, which never makes anyone's lists.
Excellent video! I can say that since i got back into detailing, my opinion of Chemical Guys has gone nowhere but down. VRP is their one product I do use as an interior protectant, but NOT on tires. There are just too many better tire dressings out there.
Thanks for the video Pan. I've used the Leather Honey conditioner, but won't be repurchasing (had a silicone feel to it). Chemical Guys Fabric Clean did a decent job of a tan interior, but excited to try P&S fabric cleaners you mentioned.
Great video and I have to agree with many who have already commented that my "Go To" product lines always come from your Top Products of the Year awards !! My only product that I use all the time both for the car and household is Stoner Glass Cleaner!! Keep up the good work!!
Unfortunately I got carried away with Amazon best sellers algorithm and chemical guys marketing videos and pretty much got most of their products. Then I found pan’s channel and I wish would have found him sooner. All his recommendations/tips/tricks have worked well for me and learned a lot. Keep up the great work and keep it tight @Pan
Hence I'm a weekend car detailing enthusiast, my first choice is Turtle Wax Hybrid Solutions line up. However I would like to know if you could do something similar to the Amazon video but this time with Temu and Shein. Turtle Wax doesn't have utensils to help cleaning all the parts/details of the car
Outstanding video! I was surprised by some of the items on your list. I never gave the Amazon ratings system more that a quick glance. I look foward to your next post.

@@PanTheOrganizer I have watched your channel for awhile, as a fellow Canadian I like supporting your content. I have an interesting detailing idea for your channel. Keep up the great work!
Pan as always this is another informative video and thank you for canvasing Amazon. A agree Chemical Guys has a lot to offer with a bazillion soaps to pick from and their products are good. However, there are more effective products to use as noted on your lists of best performers.
They are very good at marketing. I use a few of their products but it is for a consumer. It is for the guy in his driveway that wants to run to Walmart or parts store and get some thing to clean the car. A pro detailer should not be using there stuff except for a few in the lineup
I have a simple tutorial video about that here: ruclips.net/video/eSRR2PvjtuE/видео.htmlsi=iudoARLLaHz3_gj5 Welcome to my channel. I used to have all Chemical Guys products and have a Detail Garage nearby which helps when I need things quickly but over the years of watching your channel I slowly but surely moved away from CG as I finished a product. For tire shine, I’m a huge fan of Adam’s Graphene Tire Dressing. I always had issues with sling and this stuff is great!!
Ive only used Adams iron remover recently and i usually had to wait like 10 minutes before i rinsed. im not disappointed but im taking your recommendation and going with iron x next.
The Adam's Iron Remover isn't very effective. I haven't tested the updated formula, but the original wasn't great. My favourite iron remover is still the classic CarPro IronX. Here: amzn.to/3wIdFVn
I’ve always been interested in keeping my vehicles clean but the last ten years diving deep in RUclips I’ve elevated my game and technique. Thanks to the content of Pan, Larry Kosilla, Matt Mormon, and Buff Daddy I’ve really learned how to do this correctly. The hardest part is curating my detail regimen with the advances in technology, the last 5 years things have exploded. I find myself giving away or throwing out gallons of chemicals every 6 months or so. It is hard to edit the line up from trusted brands. Ammo NYC, Kochime, P&S, and Adams have been trusted for years. How often should you curate your line up?
Touchless car wash machine today and it didn’t work well. Someone had a professional camera in a self wash bay. Thought that was cool. Going to try a quick self wash tomorrow
Loved the video. My wheel cleaner: P&S brake buster. Daki is used for tires, wheel wells and mud flaps (I drive a pick up truck) and rubber matts. Tire dressing: Optimum. This stuff is unbelievable. My soap is Adams Shampoo but I'm thinking of using something else. Believe it or not, I still have not found the good foam & soap because when I coat the truck with a sealant or a consumer grade ceramic coating, the water beading is not coming back after I've used a ph neutral wash. The truck is too dirty it seems and those shampoo leaving the truck dirty is the only explanation I could come up with to explain why I can't keep water beading. Carpets and upholstery are with rugged doctor, inside is chemical guys: non-sense followed by natural shine for the plastics and trims, maintenance is with inner clean, chemical guys leather cleaner for leather. I wash the windows with diluted dish soap first if they are very dirty, followed by Stoner Invisible Glass of course. exterior plastic trims go to VRP so far but I'm looking for something more durable. I like to use VRP on door rubbers seals and like to think it'll help them stay in good shape longer as I keep my pick up trucks for a very long time. Am I right? I use car pro trix (mix of iron x and tar x) for chemical decon. I use chemical guys clay lubber also. Oh and the sealants/ceramics I've used are Turtle Wax graphene flex wax, The last coat black ice and chemical guys hydro charge.
P&S is top in my eyes. I like Stoner Invisible Glass works well decent price. Can’t wait to try their Iron Out product. Thanks for bringing this to us Pan. Enjoy the rest of your weekend.
I always wonder about the Amazon "top" products. Thanks, Pan, for this video discussing these popular Amazon products vs your recommendations. Great comparisons. For the towels: from the description, it looks like they are claimed to be 300 GSM, and a 80/20 polyester and polyamide blend.
Thank you for another great video Pan. Personally I use the Chemical Guys Waterless Car wash for cleaning the door jambs. I have the P&S Brake Buster as a wheel cleaner, and also the Chemical Guys VRP Tire dressing.
Thanks Pan for another great video! Sigh, I just purchased a gallon of Chemical Guys leather conditioner a month ago for my brand new 2023 Telluride. As you mentioned in the video, it is going to be a waste of money and useless during the first few years! It cost me $70! Wish I learned this sooner from you.

Hello Pan I have Mr. pink it’s OK I’ve had it for two years and it’s already leaking from the bottom of the container for the same price you can get Maguires gold Class 64 oz for the same price or a dollar more as far as those microfiber towels they are good. I got them on special for five dollars a year ago but I would just use them for the interior glass and wipe downs
Ive been using leather honey conditioner for a couple years now. It performs very well in my opinion. Seems to do a great job at protecting the leather.

Can’t really say I’m a “car detail enthusiast.” I’m in it now to save money 😅 Never took care of my 2013 BMW but I will now on my 2023 Mazda. Did so much research throughout Pans videos for which products to purchase. I’m about $1000 in 👀

Pan, I have two everyday drivers. A SUV and Ford 150 but I also have a new convertible sports car with PPF and ceramic that only comes out of the garage when the weather is good and roads are dry. Is there one foam and shampoo that I can use for all three cars? Don't care about price or smell.
This is the best shampoo you can use: bit.ly/49QY4lB That's meant for ceramic coatings, PPF or non protected vehicles. If you other cars have a regular wax or sealant, this would be the more general soap for all three vehicles: amzn.to/46Cuqh4
Thank you for this great review. Regarding the microfiber towels it says somewhere In the description that they are 300 GSM and 80%polyester, 20%polyamid. Fakespot gives this listing a D after analyzing the reviews etc. It has many irrelevant reviews like this one: "I folded the corners over a little circle magnet and hot glued it shut" 😆
Some very interesting mentions but CG is affordable and they definitely know how to grab your attention. They do have some good products, i personally had issues with their customer service and won't use them but that's just my experience They do have some good products for a good value
I sure wished that P&S was a household name instead of Chemical Guys and save people the hassle of using mediocre products. I was fortunate to meet and chat with Dave Phillips briefly back in June and honestly it's not everyday the chemist will take the time to speak with the average Joe, so that spoke volumes about how much they value their customers!
I think Mr Pan U R overestimating the number of people interested in taking care of their cars paint and interior properly. I think it's more like one out of 10,000. I think most people don't know, or don't care to do it right. My job has me out in neighborhoods 8 hours a day 5 days a week and the number of people that I see taking care of their own cars or hiring mobile detailers very miniscule. I would say I see more people lined up at the automatic car wash, at one time is greater than the number of people I see taking care of their cars properly in one year. And that's okay, it's their car. But for me, I'm not going to be taking Amazon's advice on about anything.
Great video Pan! I’ve learned a lot watching your channel and I appreciate all the info. A question for anyone here, say you finished washing your car, a couple days go by and some light dust has started to show up on the car, which of the 2 options do you think would be proficient to get rid of the light dust: waterless wash or quick detail spray? Thank you!
Neither. I always prefer just washing a car more regularly. But out of your options, I would pick something different if you don't want to wash it the traditional way. Use a rinseless wash method. I completely forgot haha!! I knew I forgot to talk about a product. On the moment of filming, the number one ranked trim restorer was this: amzn.to/49EAsAx But in my opinion, this one is the best I have ever tested: ruclips.net/video/_9X2jzRhTwA/видео.htmlsi=OfA8Aw4VuMFMO3St
What do we think of using a waterless wash after driving a few miles after a wash, so I can polish and/or wax my car when I get home from the self serve wash? It would literally be 5-10 minutes of driving but I'm in Oklahoma and the air can be dusty (the car is already dusty the day after I wash it everytime).
Hey Pan. Great video once again as always!! Question...............what's your opinion on products synergy, in other words is it always better to use a line of products from the same brand, whichever you prefer?
I use different products from different brands. It doesn’t matter. But if a person isn’t sure or doesn’t know what they’re doing, obviously staying within the same brand guarantees no issues.
Pan , I just purchased a 2015 black rx350 f sport and was looking to see if there is a kit that includes a DA and products including foam pads that you recommend, chemical guys has this kit Chemical Guys TORQ15DA 15MM Long-Throw Random Orbital Polisher Kit - 8 Items What do you think or is there something better
Yasou Pan, Thank you for your honest review of the Amazon products. I respect your knowledge and expertise. The CG products are just average. Your 2023 product awards are for the serious detailers and professionals, which I only buy even though I am new to car detailing. Each video I am learning so Much and look forward other tips and tricks from you😀! Sincerely, NIKOS
Leather honey just make everything super shiny. Automotive leather is normally sealed leather, except aniline. Leather conditioner don't do anything. I do leather repair. Use something the blocks UV and ads lubricity to reduce abrasion wear.
Waterless washes make excellent spot cleaner for bird bombs, a pre-treatment before doing a rinseless wash, and a superior drying aid. And instead of buying Chemical Guys Waterless, save 94% of the cost and just buy DIY Detail Rinseless, (dilute it 1- to-16 for waterless wash).
I must have the reformulated Adam's Iron remover. It is on par with Meguiar's clay spray iron remover. I prefer Spray Way glass cleaner. Upholstery cleaner is Optimum's Carpet and fabric cleaner and protectant. I use Meguiar's APC. I do work around semi tractor trailers and near an active train track, so I tend to foam the vehicles with CarPro Iron snow foam and wash with Meguiar's Gold class. Spray wax and quick detail, I prefer Meguiar's ultimate. I also like Jade's reboot spray sealant and like their ceramic paste wax. I do like P&S interior cleaner and just used bead maker as an interior dressing. Starting to use DIY Details rinseless wash.
@@PanTheOrganizeri know since i watched the video when it came out. I meant a pic side by side with you #1 to the amazon top seller. Thank you for the videos.
It all about cost. Most people have mid-price cars and not going to pay a lot of money for a product and the Chemical Guys fit that need. I myself owns an 2023 Audi A8 and I have a professional do my car. Nice video.
Pan I purchased my first vehicle with leather seats, a 2022 Chevrolet Silverado. I don't know how to care for leather seats you mentioned I need a different product on new leather. Could you please tell me which brand and product name I need. Thank you
I tried the new Adams iron remover it doesn’t smell as bad as the old 1 but to me it doesn’t work as good as the car pro I need to try the new stoners thx for all the content always top class
I’m not much of a chemical guys fan. I like there snow foam. But I like Masterson’s Wash & Shine a lot better as a snow foam and bucket wash. I do use a waterless wash but I use it as pre wash from Wolfgang waterless wash. I love stoner glass cleaner. For a wheel cleaner I use Adam’s wheel and tire cleaner. For a tire dressing I like to many to list.
I never had experience with Adam's iron remover before this past summer, or any iron remover for that matter, but i will say it reacted within 4 or 5 minutes, and when i went to clay afterwards with my AM details clay bar and chemical guys clay lube, i was getting very little off. So maybe they've improved the formulation quite a bit. But next time I'm going to use iron x just for the sake of trying something new.

One of the two best snow foams to actually do the best job at pre-cleaning the surface: bit.ly/3U8fVwz amzn.to/3IPN4sx That being said, after the snow foam step, you still have to follow up with the hand wash with a good car shampoo to get 100% clean results. The pre-wash is simply there to remove most of the loose grit, dirt and grime and start softening up the traffic film, before the contact wash.

Thanks Brian! I hope you are having a good weekend.
@@PanTheOrganizer I am Pan, thanks!
@@heymigo I agree with you.
I bought those microfiber towels to try out. I figured if they were awful, I would use them for my wheels. They ended up being GREAT and they were soft. I bought a 2nd pack. For $10, they are a great buy.
i agree , i have the same ones and im really happy with the quality and price of them
Do they compare to Chemical Guys Work Horse towels or the Costco Kirkland Signature Towel?
I just purchased my first new car. While I've always taken care of my vehicles, I'm highly interested in detailing and upkeep on another level now. This channel and the info you provide is exactly what I need! Thank you!

I was watching videos about ceramic coatings, and your review of Meguiar's Hybrid spray was suggested. I've learned more in just a few of your videos than in the past couple of days' research!
That’s why I’m here as well. Just got my first brand new car and want to keep it looking flawless for many years to come
As a long time fan of Pan the Organizer, the only product in this line up that I use is the Invisible Glass cleaner.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts and experience Adam! And thank you for the trust you place in my opinion.
Invisible Glass is the best!! They're starting to make a lot of other great products now too....!
Honestly, I have fallen in love with all of DIY Details products
I work at a Kia dealership and use their Super Soap (1 oz per 5 gal!), Super Wheel Cleaner, Super Citrus APC, LVP Conditioner (HIGHLY recommended!), 3D One Compound, 3D Speed AIO (crazy easy to use(, Poxy Wax, Waterless Wash (GREAT stuff), Non Silicone Tire Dressing (only 3D product I'm not a fan of)
Invisible Glass is fantastic.
Cheers
Thanks for the feedback!
I think Chemical Guys is just a well-known inexpensive brand. Glad to see Invisible Glass on the list. I must say that I’m surprised that TRC didn’t make the cut for the towel category. Perhaps name popularity and price point are responsible for the overall list.
Yeah TRC towels are leagues ahead of most of those el-cheapo crappy towels.
Thanks!
Thanks for helping to support the channel Jaime! Have a great weekend.

I still think the cheaper Meguiars gold glass is the best soap. You can find it anywhere too.
Look at the categories of the leather cleaning products in this video. 😅 If you're in to horse tack or baseball mitts!

Greetings from Serbia💪🇷🇸
Love the gloss and slickness of GG 3 in 1.
I was surprised!!
That Armor All wasn't featured prevalently on the Amazon best list😂
This was a good video, and in a way a walk down memory lane. Ever since I started watching Pan he has basically encouraged me to pay attention to detailing and washing my car and to up my car game. As a result, I use many of The prosumer items that are available to us weekend warriors.
I am not a pro but a weekend warrior that appreciates nice gloss and finish
If it weren’t for Pan the organizer and guys like Matt Moreman from obsessed garage, I would still be using chemical guys. My cars have benefited from detailing and have sold for significantly more because of my detailing game.
Love you Pan
Thanks for the kind words and positive feedback man! I’m always happy to hear that I was able to inspire my viewers to take their detailing game to the next level! 💪🏻👍🏻
I really like Rain-X. We have alot of heavy rain here in Tx. I really need to see the road. Its the 👌 best.😊
I love CG swift wipe for a quick detail between traditional washing. If you’re smart and use WW microfiber, roll your wrist and switch towels often, it’s incredible!
Hard to believe that TW seal & shine isn’t there. Affordable, easy to use & long lasting.
I LOVE YOUR VIEDOS 37 YEARS IN THE DETAIL INDUSTRY KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK 🎉🎉🎉

@@PanTheOrganizer can't remember I think one of my freinds sent me a link or video I'd love to travel to Canada some day I wish I had the same technology when I started I would be a millionaire several times over I remember making our own foam shampoo you buy in the can we made it in a bucket 🪣 lol
BEAD MAKER in a foam cannon and hose off immediately works just like Gyeon wet coat! Do a review
Thanks Charles!
I have an alcantara interior including steering wheel. Your recommended cleaning and care products?
amzn.to/3uB3MYH
I have used a couple of these products, but I've moved on to more effective products. I really understand the average person buying these products, because you can get them anywhere. If I ask an average person what they use on their cars, they usually give me the list you've compiled here. If I ask, have you tried Gyeon, Carpro, or P&S? They have never heard of it.
For a workhorse towel, I've been trying Cosco Kirkland towels. They're ok.
Cool video. I've been wondering what folks like and use. Your audio/video quality is still top of the line Pan.
Thank you Kim!!
Thanks for sharing your experience Clint!
my opinion:

Glass cleaner - Stoner Invisible glass
Spray form paint coating - Turtlewax Flex wax

Hi Pan! Invisible Glass is a good cleaner definitely cheaper, but TLC’s AMP is just amazing product for glass cleaning !!!!
Excellent video! I can say that since i got back into detailing, my opinion of Chemical Guys has gone nowhere but down. VRP is their one product I do use as an interior protectant, but NOT on tires. There are just too many better tire dressings out there.
Thanks!
Thanks for the video Pan. I've used the Leather Honey conditioner, but won't be repurchasing (had a silicone feel to it). Chemical Guys Fabric Clean did a decent job of a tan interior, but excited to try P&S fabric cleaners you mentioned.

@@BB-iz5hy it's more for the casual consumer, but price wise for people who's running businesses, not worth it
@@TommyPickIes that's true that's the one product I hear good things about from detailers
They are very good at marketing. I use a few of their products but it is for a consumer. It is for the guy in his driveway that wants to run to Walmart or parts store and get some thing to clean the car. A pro detailer should not be using there stuff except for a few in the lineup
Great video Pan! My question is- what do you recommend for cleaning and persevering rag tops ?
I have a simple tutorial video about that here: ruclips.net/video/eSRR2PvjtuE/видео.htmlsi=iudoARLLaHz3_gj5

Picked up GEIST steering wheel repair kit for. $16 bucks on Car Supplies Warehouse got the Black Friday sale 👌
+1 for Adams graphene tire dressing
Chemicals are typically good for 1-2 years if kept in stable conditions and not frozen.
Thanks Jim! I hope you’re having a good weekend!
Remember KozaK waterless car clothes from 50 years ago? Had a great smell and I used them for awhile.
I always wonder about the Amazon "top" products. Thanks, Pan, for this video discussing these popular Amazon products vs your recommendations. Great comparisons. For the towels: from the description, it looks like they are claimed to be 300 GSM, and a 80/20 polyester and polyamide blend.
You are so welcome!
Thank you for another great video Pan. Personally I use the Chemical Guys Waterless Car wash for cleaning the door jambs. I have the P&S Brake Buster as a wheel cleaner, and also the Chemical Guys VRP Tire dressing.
Thanks for watching!
Well, at least you're at the right place to learn everything about detailing. Here's a video for new vehicles, up to three years old, for leather care: ruclips.net/video/YFqRpJhkqJw/видео.htmlsi=6m9hwBHRjAEGri8b

This is actually an interesting format for an episode
Thank you! I always like to come up with new stuff and my viewers never know what video is next! :)
Thanks for sharing your experience. How did you discover my channel by the way?

Can’t really say I’m a “car detail enthusiast.” I’m in it now to save money 😅 Never took care of my 2013 BMW but I will now on my 2023 Mazda. Did so much research throughout Pans videos for which products to purchase. I’m about $1000 in 👀

Pan has also caused me to dig deep into my pockets to buy tons of stuff. But it’s also fun to a point.
Pan, I have two everyday drivers. A SUV and Ford 150 but I also have a new convertible sports car with PPF and ceramic that only comes out of the garage when the weather is good and roads are dry. Is there one foam and shampoo that I can use for all three cars? Don't care about price or smell.
This is the best shampoo you can use: bit.ly/49QY4lB
That's meant for ceramic coatings, PPF or non protected vehicles.
Thanks for sharing!
Some very interesting mentions but CG is affordable and they definitely know how to grab your attention.
They do have some good products, i personally had issues with their customer service and won't use them but that's just my experience
They do have some good products for a good value
I sure wished that P&S was a household name instead of Chemical Guys and save people the hassle of using mediocre products. I was fortunate to meet and chat with Dave Phillips briefly back in June and honestly it's not everyday the chemist will take the time to speak with the average Joe, so that spoke volumes about how much they value their customers!
Dave is a great guy indeed!
Much safer compared to waterless, or using a quick detail spray. See my tutorial: ruclips.net/video/p58Y5qRd3OU/видео.htmlsi=AhrejMIsOwS6Bd2G

Hello! 💖💖💖 Your channel! Is the trim restorer discussed in the video?
Thanks sooooo much for amazing detailing instructions. 😀
I completely forgot haha!! I knew I forgot to talk about a product. On the moment of filming, the number one ranked trim restorer was this: amzn.to/49EAsAx
But in my opinion, this one is the best I have ever tested: ruclips.net/video/_9X2jzRhTwA/видео.htmlsi=OfA8Aw4VuMFMO3St
@@PanTheOrganizer Ok then thanks! 🙂
Pan , I just purchased a 2015 black rx350 f sport and was looking to see if there is a kit that includes a DA and products including foam pads that you recommend, chemical guys has this kit
Chemical Guys TORQ15DA 15MM Long-Throw Random Orbital Polisher Kit - 8 Items
What do you think or is there something better
Yasou Pan,
Thank you for your honest review of the Amazon products. I respect your knowledge and expertise. The CG products are just average. Your 2023 product awards are for the serious detailers and professionals, which I only buy even though I am new to car detailing. Each video I am learning so Much and look forward other tips and tricks from you😀!
Sincerely,
NIKOS
Efkaristo Niko!
Thought this was one of your most informative videos. I always trust your opinion. Thanks
Thanks Ken!
Leather honey just make everything super shiny. Automotive leather is normally sealed leather, except aniline. Leather conditioner don't do anything. I do leather repair. Use something the blocks UV and ads lubricity to reduce abrasion wear.
I disagree on some Amazon products.…honestly I use a lot of products you use….thanks for the video…you rock PAN !!!!!
You are so welcome!
I agree with you, so many companies have countless variations of their shampoos. Are they really any different.
Great video, as always. The only thing i would have preferred is you showing the product that was your number 1 for this year while mentioning them.
My 2023 awards video did just that. ;)
Nice video.
Thanks!
Truly shocked tw isn't that high on purchases. They make some amazing products that I use daily

I had decent results with the turtle wax iron remover. It still stinks but not really bad. Pan did a review of it.
I also use Stoner, but I try to avoid buying any product in an aerosol can.
Its also available in a spray bottle
Always used Kirkland Microfibres, would be interested to hear if there's any better value alternatives from UK users.
I’ve used Leather Honey & the conditioner, I honestly would t suggest it. It does what it does, but it’s nothing like Koch Chemie LS or Geist IMO.
Hello for a final polish what's your favorite that you use
And wich polishing pads do you recommend or use
Thanks ... happy holidays

Question, what foam wash would you recommend for really neglected fleet trucks ( white work trucks).????????
One of the two best snow foams to actually do the best job at pre-cleaning the surface:
bit.ly/3U8fVwz
amzn.to/3IPN4sx
That being said, after the snow foam step, you still have to follow up with the hand wash with a good car shampoo to get 100% clean results. The pre-wash is simply there to remove most of the loose grit, dirt and grime and start softening up the traffic film, before the contact wash.
