- RUclips is the greatest video sharing platform on the web and every now and again everyone finds a new way to exploit the website to glitch and bug the algorithm to become the largest channels on the website. In the 2010s we saw gaming channels accidentally use an algorithm glitch to become the only things youtube recommended. In early 2021 we saw the community tab exploit where users could spam youtube seo into polls and see insane interactions resulting in millions of views! Now however youtube has a new secret exploit! There are many ways of explaining how to grow on youtube or how to get more views or how to get subscribers. Today however we will be using an algorithm glitch to gain more Likes than we should ever get as well as thousands of subscribers and preferential promotion in the algorithm. Have you ever wandered how the youtube algorithm works well guess what the new youtube algorithm 2021 edition is completely broken and full of bugs, glitches and exploits! If you ever wanted to know how to grow on youtube then you probably thought the answer was to make more videos but no! instead the spiffing brit will explain the youtube website can be broken to add more likes to a video than is actually possible! Are you tired of only being able to like a video once? Well what if you could like a video thousands of times!
So today I show you how to Break the youtube algorithm by beating it by spamming the like button and dislike button with an auto clicker!!

Nothing on yotube is organic anymore.
In a way... the most successful ones make content that will be shared weather people believe it or disbelieve it, so they get shared rapidly and repeatedly. This pumps up the rate of engagement which then makes Mr. Algorithm happy. Also they, like a learning algorithm, put out content and monitor it, see what works and what doesn't and no matter what "works" they just make more of that. It is believed that some actually use learning algorithms to make ideas for videos and then they just make them work.
Most of the content farms actually just essentially make junk food for Mr. Algorithm that it can't help but eat up. Then they take the money and reinvest it into making more and more junk food.

Fun fact: A similar exploit to this also exists on the apple photos app in shared albums, where you can like photos posted to a shared album. Simply mashing the like button leads to the number of likes racking up as soon as you stop. My family are probably confused why some random photos of my dog have around 100 likes

Probably the easiest fix would be for youtube to disable a creator's ability to like or dislike their own videos.

I was thinking more like, write a simple algorithm that looks at a video's views, then likes, and caps the likes in case of a discrepancy. Though this could also likely just crash their servers, so maybe not. Unless... It only checked on video's, that had exponential growth overnight. Nah still might crash the server. I'm a coder.

Minecraft Speedrunning has taken off with more and more insane runs. And if you're into extensive world building and socializing there's the Hermitcraft server that exploded in popularity.
What I don't really get is how GTA 5 is still relevant after all this time, but that said there's too much content for anyone to be into everything.

If as the user you can influence something in the data you most likely can exploit it, you just have to think what go wrong and make it go wrong, usually it doesn't go wrong, but when it does it's perfectly balanced as all things should be.
Fool around and find out. There is similar exploits in every part of humankind himself. You can abuse humanity to achieve basically anything. There was a guy, who became a millionaire by using ATM glitch and was arrested, only because he give up to police and told them everything. And i am sure that many wealthy, made-by-themselves businessmans at some point were or are abusers of reality flaws.

Check the reddit threads on r/thespiffingbrit; they're experimenting with different timings
you are basically either the devil or a saint for developers. Showing how broken their creations are, they either love you for showing them where its broken or hate you to always find new broken ways. Cause of your videos i always look for things that seem exploitable in every game i play and its such a great feeling finding those exploits.

the insane thing about this exploit is that you do not need ridiculous numbers to take advantage of it. the hat flims people only created 40 likes, a number that will get hidden quite quickly and generally be completely unnoticeable. but had a huge impact.
