- Hello There Ladies And Gentlemen. Today we are playing a classical RPG Adventure game called The Elder Scrolls IV Oblivion, The Follow up to the amazing RPG game Morrowind. Many would say that this is a perfectly balanced game with no exploits however today I will be using an exploit to glitch out the chameleon stat in the game as well as infinite gold exploits. Oh and a healthy dashing of item duplication and flying! So sit back relax and enjoy this funny montage!
This video is going to be packed with funny clips in a montage style of british humor!
If you enjoyed this then check out my other 100 stat man videos!
It is also rather similar to Robbaz , Valefisk and RT Game in style of content!

I think hitting rats with a katana is 50% of the Elder Scrolls experience.
I'd strongly agree
It's right up there with jumping out of the water while swimming
The other half is hitting undead things with various ranged fire.
Then add custom spells for the full elder scrolls experience
Also 20% the Foot Clan experience.
My favorite Oblivion spell was glow on self, fire damage on self 5 pt per sec, heal self 5pt per sec and paralysis on self. (Lasted 120 seconds)
The result was a glitch where my character collapsed in on himself becoming puddle of burning flesh.
I named it Camp Fire.
That actually sounds pretty awesome :D
OK that's epic
This explains what campfires are
Ee
That's insane
First time Oblivion players: "Is it possible to learn these powers?"
TSB: "Not from an official walkthrough."
Fun fact about the scaling in oblivion! It's Broken! Just like everything else.
The level scaling in oblivion gives enemies more health and better gear as the player increases in level, as you'd expect, BUT the player's damage (in normal non-bug exploiting play) does not and cannot keep up with enemy health scaling. This reaches a point where single bandits can take several minutes to kill, and by that point the player has such strong defences and so many potions that they are effectively immortal. So combat turns into drawn out slug fests where NOBODY is doing any real damage. Like two turtles beating eachother to death with damp noodles.
fun.
What's the ideal level to stay at, then?
I'm at level 33 (I think), and I'm just now getting a full set of daedric armor and weapons (haven't ventured out into Oblivion yet, as I am avoiding the main quest currently). Until recently, fighting enemies was a real slog, as they tanked damage and dealt out truckloads of hurt. Now, it's starting to inverse, and once I can start enchanting my gear, I suspect I will start dropping enemies a lot faster. I look forward to being overpowered, so I'd rather not overlevel and ruin it.
@@michaelsotomayor5106 I think the greatest damage output can be achieved with a fine iron dagger (for minimum weight) enchanted with 2-3 seconds of 100% weakness to magic, followed by a custom destruction spell with (from the bottom up - spell effects start from the bottom) 100% weakness to magic 2-3 secs, 1 sec paralysis, 100 drain health 2-3 secs, damage health 100 1 sec.
These effects circumvent any elemental resistances too, with a fairly low spell cost. Then it's just 1 hit with dagger, followed by a casting or two of the "slayer palm" (name up to you). Anything goes down rather quickly. If you just wanna stab, you can enchant an amber weapon with 3*10 elemental damages + 1 sec soul trap. Pretty ok, but nothing compared to the above combo.
counter: speed run the game.
My Elven Sword of Autism one hits most enemies.
It deals 15 Fire for 5 Secs and 10 Lightning for 5 Secs while simultaneously causing them to jump up in the air.
@@fenrisvermundr2516 Wonder if that's a legal enchantment? But even so, let's see. That's eventually 125 elemental damage + the physical damage of the sword (my suggested sword would achieve 120 elemental damage in 4 cuts). Not great, not bad. My suggested dagger/destruction combo above, however, killed Jyggalag in 3 seconds (may have been less).
I remember my first time going through oblivion as a kid. No need for all this convoluted stuff, I just made a spell that gave me 100% armor which makes nothing able to kill you. Then, I added other effects, and started making spells that buffed my stats. It got to the point where I had spells that cost so much mana, that I needed other spells that buffed my intelligence, just to cast them. Then I had all these spells that stacked one on top of the other to give myself godlike stats, invulnerability, and the ability to nuke everything in a huge radius with every element type at once. Because I was a kid, I named them all after DBZ stuff, like the buffs were levels of super saiyan, the spells were spirit bombs, etc. Good memories.
That just sounds like a fun time! Love it!
That sounds like a fun childhood memory!
Lol you turned oblivion into morrowind basicly, fond memories of making inteligence potions cycle till you reach god tier haha
Doesn't armor cap at 80% (or was it 85%) damage reduction?
And that wouldn't reduce frost, shock, fire, magicka or poison damage.
@Dr. Bright No.
I remember playing oblivion. I used a single spell I made through most the game. Decrease Health by 100 on touch for 1 second. I called it Touch of Death because it pretty much killed everything but the higher level enemies.

Fun fact about the first exploit: you can actually do this much earlier. after character creation, as long as you don't go to the cell door where the elf starts the script for the start of the game, you can crouch down and run into the left side of the hidden door that the blades open for Patrick Stewart. Any time I start a new game on oblivion, I get 100 sneak before I have even started the game properly.
But if you over level a stat you waste level up bonuses for stats q.q

There is underwater combat (unlike skyrim), and there are slaughterfish, therefore, you can fish by going in the water, and hitting a slaughterfish with a battleaxe

When I was a teenager I found a money exploit in oblivion which I've never seen anyone else mention.
Basically you have to become a vampire and complete the quest to cure yourself, it's best to do this after level 20 because I beleive that's the level that quest rewards max out. Save before you get to the final hand in of the quest when the vampire count (I cannot remember his name) gives you the cash as a quest reward. Exit out of the dialogue and talk to him again, you'll notice the option to ask for a reward is still highlighted. Ask for tge reward again and, you guessed it. You will be given the cash reward a second time. Keep doing this as long as you like but do remember that the npc will walk back to his bedroom if you stop opening up dialogue with him, so grab as much money as you want knowing that you can't leave and come back for more.
Also, i found this on the xbox 360 back in like 2010, so i have no idea if the glitch is present on all platforms or if it still exists at all.

I actually loved Oblivion's archery system. I learned the arrow dro well enough to kill things that were down a hallway that started at the top of a staircase, or behind buildings, or even so far away you couldn't see them anymore.

I loved how you could upgrade your jump ability and eventually could jump over houses to escape maddened guards! Wish they had jump upgrades in Skyrim!
If you make your jump height higher in Skyrim any method, you can jump higher, but at the peak of your jump you just stop and hover. Moving at all causes you to fall as if you created an invisible temporary platform.
No need, just head to the local lumber mill.
Not just that, eventually you could jump over city walls and sometimes you would get catapulted thousands of feet into the air, then of course promptly dying on landing because acrobatics is in the true Bethesda fashion broken like almost everything else, lol (it was supposed to make you immune to fall damage at a certain value, but a glitch in the formula prevents that from happening).

I mean, water is just tea that has been steeped the absolute least amount of time as possible. So this checks out.
I'm sorry I cannot accept this definition. In the same way that a glass of gin with absolutely zero vermouth cannot be considered a martini (though I may prefer it)
the same way a single slice of bread cannot be considered a sandwich
@@cardigansrule agreed
@@cardigansrule cut the slice in half? Or is it one of those mini loafs that you tear open horizontally and put stuff in and have a sandwich from?
@@wickederebus If you cut the slice in half, one of those two sides can not be called a sandwich. He never said that you cant make a sandwich from 1 slice of bread. He was talking about how water is not tea, because tea is much more than just water just like how a sandwich is much more than just a single slice of bread.
I love how exploting and exploits in oblivion are considered the game's flaw, yet in morrowind the possibilities of exploiting the shit out of the game is what is making the game amazing.
One of the first things I usually did was steal a big soul gem and make a machine gun amulet. Hundreds of shots add up even if they’re a few damage each….
Also not even an exploit but I made a pair of flying pants because there were basically no enchanted items to take up the pants slot.
@@Paladinfox Simply put, there isn't a cooldown on activating magic items. So I put a ranged attack spell (the maximum damage that I could get for 1 charge) in an amulet with a pretty big soul, equipped it, pointed at an enemy, and spammed click. I a spell that 25 shock damage range with 50 drain magic, 25 drain health, 10 second Paralysis and 10 seconds Soul Trap.
Another was Death's Embrace with caused 25 Frost damage, 50 Drain Stamina, 25 drain health, 10 seconds paralysis and 10 seconds Soul Trap. This one i can't remember if it had slowed or was a weapon I made in Skyrim, same spell enchantments and name.
Though I was challenged by my brother to create a unique but devastating spell, but I got bored and my restartiritis started up.
Moved to Skyrim later on.

having a silver dagger allows you to deal damage to ghosts without a magical weapon
Blade of Woe also

Mr. Spif, I don’t intend to tell you how to play, but after you get all that money from Dorian, you can simply yield to him before heading outside, and you’ll only be held accountable for assault, which is 40 gold. I went and got 1.2 million from him, yielded to him as soon as he stood up, then bribed my way back into his good graces before going outside and paying my 40 gold fee to the guards😁

When i played oblivion a couple years before skyrim came out, i thought it was amazing. I was completely immersed in it for hours and hours. I was a bit younger, then when skyrim came out i had super high hopes. It was a good game, i think better them oblivion in alot of ways, but i think i had alot more fun in oblivion even putting like twice as many hours in it as skyrim.
Same for me, just with Morrowind and Oblivion.
I had more fun with Skyrim, and it's mostly because in Skyrim the atmosphere they created was so enchanting to me, however I don't find that same sense of enchantment and immersion with Oblivion.
Just the little things in Oblivion annoyed the hell out of me, now don't get me wrong I love both, but If those little things weren't there, if it was more immersive (that's subjective I know), if the combat felt more responsive, if it had perks, maybe a graphics update, Oblivion would without a doubt be the better game for me.
Also I prefer the music in Skyrim.

I played Skyrim first, and after playing Oblivion for the first time Skyrim was never the same to me. It seriously pained me to play Skyrim just because of the sheer lack of what Oblivion has. Skyrim used to be my favorite game, but Oblivion robbed that from me.
Gods, what a monster. Your character creation scene made my eyes water.
I tried to play Oblivion a few years ago but didn't read any of the tutorials and hated it and I recently picked it up again and I absolutely love it so far
I vaguely remember accidentaly gaining perma-stats, googling it, and going "Oh, YEEEES!"
Maybe I'm late but my favorite exploit in the area I is a sprint towards the spikes full speed then jumping on them like a confused pole vaulter. There is a barrier above the spikes that you are able to sit on out of harms way from an melee enemy.
When normal people play oblivion: *Makes a reasonable and immersive character to really feel an immersion.
When youtubers play Oblivion: *Proceeds to create a sleep paralysis demon*
"...and immersive character to really feel an immersion."
Lol.
Thats not scary he's funny looking

Legitimately laughed out loud at that throwaway joke.
I have a cool oblivion exploit that is pretty cool I discovered it way back in the day and I think I am the only one who has ever done it. to do it you will need the shivering isle expansion, the skull of corruption. and a 100% reflect spell, spell. So the beginner and well-known version is to create clones of characters including yourself with all of your items and overpowered abilities. to clone your self you need to cast a 100% to reflect spell on an npc then drop the skull of corruption before the spell hits the npc. this will create a clone of yourself that will follow you and sometimes turn on you and attack you. its all fun until you remember you have an op poison and several invisibility potions which they promptly use to wreck you.
this is the part that I came up with and Think I am the only one to have done it. for this to work you will need two skulls of corruption. you might ask how you get two. well, you cant duplicate the skull the normal way because they will have the same id tags and only one can function at a time. to pull this off you will go the shivering isle and while having the skull of corruption on your person, fight the shadow version of yourself. just after killing them save and reopen then spam the button to pickpocket. if done right you will get access to an inventory that shouldn't have been accessible. in the shadow clones inventory will be a skull of corruption. but not any skull of corruption but one without the same id tag as your own. This is where the fun begins. take both skulls of corruption to a safe location along with yourself and two npc's you will reverse pickpocket the two staffs onto the two different npcs. next, you have to agro them on each other if everything works right they should start shooting each other with their skull of corruption staffs Each time a spell hit it will clone that person along with a skull of corruption staff which can be used on the opposite npc with the other skull of corruption. they will fight and with each hit duplicate themselves and the staff. they will continue doubling until your computer crashes. you can attempt to do this with yourself but I find that the op characters tend to kill out the other npcs quickly, ending the effect.
Have fun!
I love that he doesn’t show you that the wrist irons can’t be duplicated 😂
I remember leveling my sneak up to 100 like that, and as soon as i created a class, it dropped back to 15
You are the only reason I started to play Oblivion again. And yeah the sneak exploit really feel like 2000 years XD
You should go into town and pick a site with a lot of citizens to sneak into a wall. The more people around you, the faster you'll level. I think you'll crank it down to a thousand years :P
"He's the most powerful being alive" yeah if he can sneak Reanu Keeves' armor off then Elon Husk will live
Have you seen Reanu's Flamecloak? PEM doesn't stand a chance even with a Security skill of 2k unless he goes full Spell absorption or Fire resist or something similar.
17:11 You can get into the arcane University using the paintbrush glitch, or just get your acrobatics/agilty up high with exploits and jump over the wall
