SKYRIM NECROMANCY ONLY CHALLENGE IS BROKEN - Skyrim is a Perfectly Balanced game with no exploits

- Skyrim is the ultimate RPG game designed by Video Game God Todd Howard and Exploit Creators Bethesda. In Their divine wisdom they gave the players of skyrim the most overpowered spell imaginable and said that they could have it from as early as level 1. So how on earth can a player beat skyrim with only necromancy a skill which is exceedingly limited and has few overpowered gameplay features. Well it turns out that the ritual stone will make a skyrim necromancy only challenge not just easier but it will turn the game into a walk in the park. You can take a level 1 character and turn them into the most powerful character in the entirety of the elder scrolls universe. So lets see if The Spiffing Brit can prove if Skyrim is a perfectly balanced game or if spiff can exploit skyrim and beat the game with only necromancy.
What you have seen here today is part of a fantastic perfectly balanced series on youtube where I go from game to game and break them with wacky exploits to gain things like unlimited gold. If you enjoyed this then be sure to check out more. The style is similar to RT game and callmekevin in parts. A large influence on this series has come from Valefisk and The Killian Experience.
So sit back relax and enjoy this Skyrim Necromancy only challenge! How on earth can one english bugger beat Skyrim Special Edition with only raising the dead!! Its the most overpowered build yet.

Yeah you can tell with some extra items and perks this build could become exponentially more op, ig Brit just wanted to show how easy it is to become unstoppable
This needs more upvotes.
Are you able to duplicate the items and get both/all of them?
Skyrim is so broken that you actually need to try to *not* cheat the game, and then eventually get lost pondering over which is a bug and which is a feature.
*hint *
It’s all a feature
All Elder Scrolls games are broken. In Daggerfall you can create a god right from the character creation screen if you know what you’re doing.
In morrowind you can create an exceptionally strong person at the class creation part, then make 300k gold robbing the vivec city vaults and proceed to enchant craft busted ass gear.
In oblivion your character is always shit but you can still craft busted ass spells.
@@jprec5174 In Oblivion you can easily acquire the mats for 100% chameleon gear that lets you sneak attack on every attack and be completely immune to retaliation.
Welcome to the elder scrolls
Just because something is unbalanced does not make it a bug. Poorly balanced is not equivalent to buggy. Buggy games are often poorly balanced, but not all poorly balanced games are buggy. And for those of us who could not possibly care less about balance in a single player game...

Fun fact: you can enchant a corpse's armor and put it back on them, and if it's the same one you took off them they'll put it back on. There's no timer on the reanimate dead spell so if you give them unlimited health they effectively become permanent.
So what your saying is you can create an infinite army of Budget Reanu Keaves?
hmm, the wiki clearly says there's a timer to the Ritual Stone revival. So I'm not sure if this will work. Although, I am going to try it since I want a group of Draugr, shouting at all my enemies.
@@krishnansubramoni7801 I'm referring to the reanimate dead conjuring spell, which unlike the stone has no timer. You can only have 2 of them, but it should work if you find someone who can shout to revive; maybe the greybeards?
Oh my god. You can have this army, plus a reanimated more permanent follower who only goes away if they die (and you can give then a fortify restoration loop infinite health armor item?!?)... I can see why necromancers always seem to end up taking over the world!!! 😅💀🧟♂️
@Vyorus that's the one, thanks
I love how the raise undead spell is broken in almost every representation in RPG games it's only fitting that in DnD (the inspiration for this games) is also broken and you can create an undead army if your party is willing to wait for a few days in a really similar manner than this game
Holy crap, what a sentence.
Throw them all into dimension door too so you don’t gotta have em follow you around, just cast dimension door and out marches an entire army of undead
To be fair, while necromancy can be really strong there’s much stronger magic paths IMO in dnd. Just my opinion though it’s all about preferences.
@@narfdc2043 That depends on what you're planning to do like you said, If you can have an army of Undead using dimension door, there's not really a lot that can stop you. Its literally an army that doesn't need to sleep, eat, rest, piss, etc. So in theory you could just fuck up an entire campaign by going from town to town killing everyone and raising them again until you dominate the world. That's why most games limit the amount of undead you can control, cause it's easier to balance the game that way, otherwise you could just make an army and if they die you just raise them again and raise the enemies as well when they get killed.
@@narfdc2043 But yeah, there are more powerfull spells in D&D, Power Word Die for example. But in the long run, necromancy becomes suuuuper broken, specially if your GM allows you to pursue lichdom (which they probably won't but It doesnt hurt to try lol)
@@narfdc2043 Isn't dimension door just a teleport though, like a longer distance Misty Step? Demiplane reads like what you're describing but that's 8th level. Is there a lower level version of demiplane other than bags of holding?

I finally realized why I enjoy these videos so much. They're structured like an excellent stand-up routine. You get your little chuckles in with the relatively easy-to-access cheese, like just waiting 24 hours after a fight to resurrect all your dudes *and* all their dudes. Then it gets into the meat of the routine, where you get a bunch of story that pulls you in. It might not be laugh after laugh, but it's still an entertaining lead-in.
And then *WHAM* you're hit with the punchline, where everything's broken and the points don't matter. It takes 30 minutes for Spiff to get to a conclusion I knew before I started the video and I still a) watched the whole thing, and b) laughed out loud when it all broke. That's some good storytelling (and editing - always thank the editor).

virgin "worm king" vs chad *BONE RAISER*
All the villains in Skyrim are actually the result of previous players in alternate universes having played the game and used different exploits to create them, including but not limited to: Alduin, Karstaag, Bandit Chief (you know the one, 🤣), Ebony Warrior, and Miraak.
If you use the restoration loop/exploit it actually amplifies the ritual stone effect. Granting a much much much wider area of effect but most importantly, making the corpse fight for you for 15283839163toomuch16615 seconds
Can you explain
@@yuvalron324 well the restoration glitch is that when you improve your restoration skill it also improves all your skills for some reason. So you use the exploit of crafting gear that buffs your alchemy to then create stronger enchanting potions , repeat process till you get potions that improve your enchanting of like 5000% + to create alchemy enchanted gear to create potions of restoration that improved said skill 125163% + so after that when you pop said potion before using the Ritual Stone power it makes its aera of effect 125163% wider and duration also. So you basically can reanimate everything you killed on the whole damn map ( almost ) and have them fight for you for like over 1000 in game hours. When they die you just repeat process and reanimate them again.
You can also use this restoration with spells like Flame Aura , when combined with the exploit, the moment you activate it, you are basically a nuclear bomb that blows up, lets say you go in a dungeon, as soon as you walk in, pop the potion then hit Flame Aura and instantly everything hostile in the whole dungeon is dead.

I laughed at this far more than I should have.
I love the factum there is no limit. Honestly, i kinda hate it when a game limits it even though they can handle a lot more units. Wish some would at least give us the option to do more even though it is busted. This video has made me want to download skyrim and just do this because it seems so fun
For a less limited necromancy experience, maybe you can try diablo 2. It's still a little bit limited, but allows much more freedom than what i've typically seen in almost every other game. It basically works like this:
Every skill can be leveled up to max 20 (not excluding bonus skill points from items). For your undead army, you have three main skills:
Raise skeleton:
With this skill you turn the corpse of an enemy into a skeleton that fights for you until it dies or you leave the game. For the first three skill points, you get +1 max skeleton, after that you gain an additional +1 max skeleton every 3 points. So at level 1 you would have a single skeleton, then at level 2 you'd have two skeletons, lvl 3, 4, 5 = three skeletons, lvl 6, 7, 8 = four skeletons, lvl 18, 19, 20 = eight skeletons. You can of course increase this further, by wearing items that give your character + to all skills or + to raise skeleton.
Raise skeleton mage:
Works exactly the same as raise skeleton, the only difference is that you get mages instead and they have their own completely seperate max count so if you level both raise skeleton and raise skeleton mage up to level 20, you can have a total of 16 skeletons.
Revive:
Revives the corpse of a monster to fight for you for 180 seconds and gives that monster a considerable buff to health and damage. Every point adds +1 to max amount of raised monsters, so at level 20 you could have 20 resurrected monsters. Add the skeletons to that and your army will consist of a total of 36 undeads, and that is without any items to boost your skill levels past the 20 point limit. Only downside is that the revived monsters will always die after 180 seconds and they cost a lot of mana.
You can even switch back to pre-expansion mode in d2r, which gets even more crazy, because there literally every single point in raise skeleton or raise skeleton mage adds +1 to their respective max number, so with both skills at level 20 you would literally have 20 skeletons and 20 mages, 40 undeads in total (again, not taking into account any potential skill bonuses from items which could boost the skill levels up to even much crazier amounts). However, they would also be much weaker and die a lot more frequently because, unlike d2lod, the original d2 raise skeleton/mage skills do not buff the skeletons and mages, additional points in those skills just add more and that's literally it, so they become quite weak in lategame. But if all you want is a huge af army, that might be the right way to go.
It's certainly what got me into necromancy and thanks to that, nowadays whenever I play a fantasy game I always try to play as necromancer and get as many undead minions as possible. Unfortunately haven't seen any game yet with the same level of undead army building as d2 allowed without having to resort to exploiting.
When I did the aetherium quest I realized just how broken it was, but I didn't fully understand its power till this video
I know what you mean. The staff and shields abilities seemed pretty standard (maybe even a step down from certain artifacts), then I seen the crown which was obviously the most powerful of the three. My entire plan was just to use it to level up even faster by combining the lover/thief stones, I never thought to use it to screw around with daily abilities.
Who would've thought that the crown would be so useful and exploity.
@@Tempusmon yeah, that's exactly what I used it for, just level up incredibly fast. I got to level 100 in all mage skills within a few hours of play, but I hadn't even noticed how broken it was until this.
@@JotaC We merely spotted the obvious broken thing it could do and stopped not realizing there was an entire gold mine of broken under it.
