@Lassi Kinnunen 81 It's actually an exploit of Scottish law by Scots landowners. They're in a program where the land THEY can't use is locked up as protected woodlands. No one can build on it or do anything with it except wander through it like a park (and that's everyone). So the plots are one square foot in size. Because of a technicality in Scots land ownership law, any landowner is a "laird" (meaning lord) even if they can't do anything with their land. Spiff is exploiting the exploit -XD
@Lassi Kinnunen 81 it's 100% a scam. Owning land in general doesn't legally give you the right to be a lord or lady. The court a extremely strict about that. Also the land they "sold" you isn't legally yours, and like you said if the land even existed in the first place, they can still legal sell "your land" since you didn't legally own it to someone else for a made up title. And since they don't "legally" own the land either, the other person they sold your "land" too, then they can resale it again. The fact spiff, being a brit and not knowing how titles like lords and ladies works makes me think he's getting paid to "exploit" the site for money. Because think about it, what's the point of a free title and land when you legally don't have the title and don't legally own the land and because of that they can legally sell it to the next fool that legally doesn't own it 😑

But how will you know where it is?
Plot twist: there was only one plot of land to begin with
@Lassi Kinnunen 81 It's actually an exploit of Scottish law by Scots landowners.
Because think about it, what's the point of a free title and land when you legally don't have the title and don't legally own the land and because of that they can legally sell it to the next fool that legally doesn't own it 😑
and now they all have to share.
