    I’ve spent a few days watching video after video on how to do this. I wasn’t to clear and screwed up my first attempt. Had I come across this video first, my initial attempt would have been perfect! Thank you so much for the straight up easy to follow and understand instructional video. 🙏

    I've seen quite a few videos using this method, and they put the adhesive on the wood, not the paper. They also used a slightly damp sponge first before rubbing. You can use ink jet images but it's a slightly different method. Nitsa Creative Studio does some great videos on these different methods. I've thoroughly enjoyed the 12 days of giftmas.

    Definitely sparking off ideas for stuff that I had thought I would need a router for!
    Even Cooler that you can do (most of it) on your boat!
    However, one from left field, if I may?
    What have you been doing with your stove?
    Admittedly mine is a little larger and is in a house (big chimney might make a difference), but mine does not spit ash out like yours has done.

    I've found that the glossy side of mailing label paper works a lot better, and you can just peel it off afterwards. The only problem would be using a public printer, they might now want you to put non standard paper in there. Check out Crafsman - Steady Craftin's videos, they're super helpful

    • @TheCarpentersDaughterUK
      @TheCarpentersDaughterUK  Год назад

      Thanks so much! I'm guessing that has something to do with how smooth and untextured it is? I loved this technique so much, i think a laser printer is the way forward to do it more often instead of inkjet!

      @andrewgalbreath2101 Год назад +1
