Ordered the pocket knife awhile back. Been waiting for these to hit the store so I could get hands on with it before I bought it. Definitely picking one up now. You're the first person I've seen actually put a video out on this knife. Thanks dude, you're awesome.
@@gtsoutdoors5895it should’ve been a matte red would’ve looked 100x better that shine is gross especially against the dulled out micarda scales. It is AUS8 but all things considered for 40 bucks between the fire rod the sheath and the micarda scales that is a crazy budget knife at a time when it’s hard to stretch a 20
I also went back and bought the wurdig. Awesome little knife too! I do collect knives and know a good knife. Definitely a swiss tech fan now! I hoping they make a larger survival knife that will compete and surpass the SRK cold steel. And still keep the green micarta and red accents.
I bought one I'm happy so far it's a hunk of tool with a sharp end. You can beat it into a tree with a rock and use it as a step. I shaved the hairs off my arm right out the box.
I have had one of the folders for a couple months now and really like it. I like the looks of this knife as well. I don't really need it though lol. I also kinda like the multi tool they make!
Found the retention to be too light. Like way too light. I did drive a small sheetrock screw through the underside where the 2 pieces of kydex meet and cleaned it up with a dremel and it has perfect retention now
The Swiss tech is a very good knife but the sheath sucks mine was spinning on its own in 2 days I would suggest you pick a spot you like it and Hot glue it there it will turn around it is a good carry but the adjustment doesn't work well check out Cobra tech automatics and look at the rycker and the Diablo both in green micarta good video though
Is that the olive colored version? From what I've seen online the description states olive micarta but the pics display more of a coyote tan colored handle. If I can find a green one like yours I'll probably snatch it up
I just purchased this knife. I absolutely love it! I use it as my EDC! Love the aus 8 steel, stays razor sharp!
It's a great knife for rhe price !
I’m gonna buy one and edc it as a scout carry hopefully it works great

Thanks for the great review. Looks like a solid knife. My only question is: Do you recommend I use a Bushman Buoy to open the package? 😂🤣🇺🇸
Lol it helps

I agree not big on the rotating sheath
Sweet 👍🏻 👍🏻
My only issue is where to get a replacement rod when that runs out or lost? 🤷🏻 any suggestions please?
Amazon sells the same diameter ferro rods
@gtsoutdoors5895 do they have threads?because this rod can be unscrewed from the handle
@Tony-hv8wz no there usually glued in
@@Tony-hv8wz possibly I'd check Amazon
@@gtsoutdoors5895 thank you sir

Cool knife, just found it today. Where’s it made?
Not sure but assuming overseas seems to be pretty good fit and finish and quality though
Nigeria
The box says designed in USA and assembled in China.
Did you buy at Walmart? Or online?
Walmart
I’d rather have that bushmen Bowie
