#FixOrFlop - Наука
This is the owner of the rig, thanks Greg for all the work you did and reaching out to intel. The new system booted right up when I replaced the CPU, intel gave a full refund and was able to get the same CPU cheaper on Newegg. I also was able to get a 4090 at retail price so all is good now!
Beast setup!
yea good move on the 4090, i was wondering what was up with a high end z690 mb and a 13700k cpu with that smaller older looking GPU kind of a let down but a 4090 takes it up
Congratulations on getting it up and running again. You have a beast of a setup now 👀
Hell yeah dude!
Ayy ! Congratz :D
I dont think I will ever get tired of this series Greg.
You guys rock!
@@GregSalazar, I know for sure I will never tire of this series.

Fun fact: Asus tells you what bios is flashed on the board. The last four numbers that follow the serialnumber (sticker between ram slots and cpu socket usually) represent the biosversion currently running on the board. Through the support page you can find out if the biosversion supports the cpu you want to use.
I love this series. There is no reason I should enjoy watching Greg diagnose and repair computers, but here we are, he is so pleasant and entertaining.
As a long time viewer of your channel Greg, you have no idea as well how much we enjoy your series and how much it means to us to be able to learn and accompany you in your journeys of diagnosing and fixing these systems. To paraphrase, thanks so much for letting us learn with you!
I think the fix or flop has been a great series and really deserves more than 1 thumbs up.
love ur vids ... ya make great content ... would watch all vids anyways even if your voice sounds like its going though a fan
😂 I appreciate that!
@@GregSalazar never did i see a day where I would see my comment seen by the creator and or pinned...
ya made may week ... continue the awesome work
PS: would love to see ya do a NZXT H9 FLOW Build & Review
I did recognize weird scratching noise in the beginning of the video but I didn’t notice anything after that.
@@GregSalazar If you didn't mention about the audio issues in the beginning we wouldn't have noticed it lol
last video i cant hear him at all because his audios set on low if he could turn it up i would hear it n i been using subtitles just to see what he say
Your videos are very helpful and informative for us that like to tinker and build our own PC's. Been assembling my own PC's since the early 2000's and I still occasionally learn something from you.
I love every video from this playlist. I pretty much watched every single fix or flop, learned a lot and even laughed a lot. Thanks Greg for all you do and I can't wait for more to come!
This is probably one of your most informative vids for people who are building for the first time. It's all issues you never see on a build video. When something goes wrong with somebodys first build this provides an excellent 1st step for trouble shooting.
As an viewer since before the inception of this Fix or Flop and PCDC series, gotta say that I absolutely both love and enjoy your content. As soon as I get an notification from you, I watch it. Simply because of you, you are so calm, informative and just overall awesome. Absolutely love your videos on a regular basis that makes one forget about all the issues that are going on around the world. Thank you for your work Greg and thank you for being you. Never stop being awesome my dude! :)
Thank you for learning with us, all of these seasons and hopefully many more to come! :)
I really do like the Fix or Flop series, especially as it includes the full diagnosis and the mistakes made by the PC's owners and Greg himself, it would be super easy to edit out the diagnostic mistakes, to make himself look like a tech genius, so thank you, Greg for being honest, and I look forward to season 4 of Fix or Flop.
thank you for another good season of fix or flop... really entertaining, helpful and informative... can't wait for the next season... keep it up Greg
7:53 Greg, that sigh right there is one i have had many a time!. Glad it's not just me!.
thankyou so much for your time and effort each time you put into each episode of this series and look forward to seeing more in future as is so interesting to watch
Hey Greg, as usual, I really love and value all your series, but this one in particular is awesome and so damn educational. Thank you for continuing to do what you do, sir. We all appreciate it!
There is no such thing as too much fix or flop! I'm pretty sure I have never missed a single on. Thank you Greg!
I’m not a comp tech for trade, actually am in medical field but I did love building my rig a few years ago. Love watching for fun and information, too. Just in case in the future I decide to build another one, I’m well-versed and prepared. Thanks Greg!
I’m thankful for your videos. They teach me and answer questions I would be asking. Thanks and keep ‘em coming
I really enjoy watching your troubleshooting process. As the "tech support" in our household I appreciate some of the tips I've learned from watching this series.
Awesome series. Your the man Greg. I wish all the success. I hope you can get more sponsors on board to help you expand. Looking forward to the next season.
Love Fix or flop, PCDC, and dang near all the Vids you produce. Thanks for your time and effort!!!!
Really enjoy watching your fix or flop videos. I have been surprised by how many CPU failures you run across. Keep up the good work and thanks for giving me something so entertaining and informative to watch.
I've watched pretty much every episode of FOF from the very beggining and i will continue cause 1 like that you're helping people and 2 as someone whos not afraid to take apart my pc considering i built it. This playlist gives me knowledge of potential issue i may run into in the future or just trying to help someone else out. I helped a streamer out who did a platform switch and she built the pc and the first thing she said was that the pc didnt power on. The first thing i suggested was did she plug the front panel headers in and sure enough she didnt and the pc booted right up lol. So its just funny how sometimes its the smallest issue.
I should thank you for these videos. You taught me literally 90% of what I know about pc building and diagnose problems. These videos saved me from making a few mistakes. You are a great teacher and it's a pleasure to learn with you every time. So thank you!
Salazar, no matter how the sound comes across, the information you give is always clear. Great Channel!
I just want to say how much i love you putting all your gear in the description. So handy
Covid was a ridiculous nightmare but we got an awesome playlist of fix or flop and Pcdc. Troubleshooting issues is always tough and a channel like your helps a great deal. Thanks.
This series is one of my favorite computer related channels. I look forward to next season.
Glad you got the audio worked out. Great job as usual
Thanks for watching!
I would love to see this grow to other areas. Having others do the work and record it sending the raw video back to you might be a lot of work but I think could be really cool.
One of the best series around. Keep em coming!
Love your work Greg, keep helping people!
Thank you for your videos. I really learned a lot about fixing and diagnosing computer issues. Hope you continue providing us this great content!
You're a cool cat, Greg. Realizing there is something in this for you too, sure, but to help so many people with your efforts and time, and give them cost-free repair and even part replacement at times? Very cool.
Love this series, and glad to hear it's doing well, because I sure hope you don't stop anytime soon. Always interesting to see the results, and causes behind the issues.
Best wishes going forward, bud.
You’re doing a great thing for comunity Greg! Last minutes of video flashed me back 25 years ago when my mom was paying a lot of money (compared to what she was earning) to PC expert to look up my PC and fix some issues.
I’m always happy when I see you uploaded and I love your series!
Stay well you and your family.
My Guy is missing a MOBO screw, great video Greg!
Another fix and happy customer. Well done Greg 👏🏼
I´ve been learning a lot and thank to everything I learned here I wanted to share with you these 2 things:
- I was able to successfully build my own PC solely by watching mostly your videos. So thank you for teaching.
- Last week a coworker of mine had some veeeeeeery strange issues with his PC where it just stopped booting. Cleared the CMOS... and done LOL
enjoy your videos. I learn something about every time. As they say back home "if it ain't one thing its another, if its not another its something else". Seems the way fixing computers goes sometimes.
I'd love to see more videos like this. It's great to learn how to fix or build gaming PCs.
cant wait for season 4! keep up the great work
this is my fav series i hope it keeps going Greg.
6:32 "I do have things wired incorrectly / (in correctly)." LOL
When you start to question your tests, it's time to step back and think it over - which you do rather well. Another nice one!
as someone who has been working with PCs for the better part of 30 years thinking that i have seen it all, I still watch this series and sometimes learn something new. thank you for doing this for the community!
Your channel is my favorite computer channel. Thanks for all you do and knowledge you share.
There were so many layers to this. It was amazing.
Greg love your work. Love this series. I never noticed an audio issue in the past. Only noticed it now that you said something. You are interesting and thought provoking. Always entertaining. Keep up the great work.
Thank you Greg. Thank you very much.
Great series Greg !! I enjoy every episode!
You're awesome man! We appreciate all you do.
Great Series and Looking for next Season!
I love your content. Fix or Flop is the reason that I was able to diagnose that I had a bad motherboard. Keep up the awesome work.
Great Video like allways. Keep up with the good work. You are one of my favorite Tech-RUclipsrs. Best wishes from Germany ;)
I do enjoy this series.
I have learned much and have been able to trouble shoot problems successfully.
Cheers mate! I'm looking forward to the next season.
Another great ‘Fix or Flop’ video Greg 💪🥰🤩👍. Keep’m coming 🥳🥳
No skimming here buddy! I love watching your videos! On a side note, about 3/4 of the way through the video I thought you were gonna leave us on a cliff hanger for the season finale! 🤣🤣
iv learn so much man of all of your fix or flop videos keep doing what you are doing ill see you in the next video
love watching these trouble shooting videos, makes me more confident in my coursework
Love this series. Looking forward to the microcenter upgrade series as well. I dont really need an upgrade but would love to come watch you at the Sharonville, OH store if you make it there
Great work. Looking forward to future content.
I watch every episode, start to finish, good shit.
keep it up greg. love your beginner friendly approach.
Greg, I do love your fix or flop videos. I think they are great, I always like to guess what's wrong with them to see if I can guess it before you find out what's wrong with it.
I truly enjoy these videos. Keep up the good work
I've learned a lot from you, thanks for upload all of this videos.
I really wish you had followed through with your idea; building a van and going on tour. I could really use you right now from Vegas lol 😊
Oh man, you were so so optimistic at the start 😅 . Great video as always
Love your videos Greg , always learning with you buddy
My favorite content on RUclips. Great work Greg.
Thank you for the season Greg
Great videos. Your videos and other like them are the only reason I was able to build my first system this year. I don’t need to know everything I just need to know where to find the answers.
Mic's fine, def another enjoyable even though its not a complete fix, it's fun to watch the step by step eliminating possible errors
Greg, something you might want to mention in future videos. When the computer is powered on for the first time it can up to 90 seconds for a POST as the BIOS needs to be trained while it determines the CPU and RAM.
I know in this case it was never going to POST as the BIOS was out of date relative to the CPU generation. I have seen some people think their computers are bricked because they did not wait long enough for the BIOS to sort it's self out.
i agree with this direction greg troubleshooting super fun to watch as we learn something new. keep it up greg😇
Nice vid I always learn something when I watch these videos
Hey Greg, as always appreciate what you do!
Your videos have helped me learn so much about pc building, I avoided wasting my money sending my pc to experts thanks to what I have learned from your channel. And my current pc build is pretty badass to now
your doing a great job Greg always happy to see a new video up
I didn’t even notice any audio issues after 2 seconds. I feel like some people that use social media tend to expect big production budget quality for videos. I honestly couldn’t care less. I just enjoy the content and I feel like I always learn something new.
I adore this series. Idc about the audio, video quality, etc. just keep doing you!
I just got a x570 and ryzen 5600x and the motherboard needed a bios update. I followed one of your videos and help me update my bios. I enjoy watching your videos and content. Thanks
Nice work Greg. I appreciate your process and find a bit of myself in you... Absolutely educational, informative and entertaining!
I greatly appreciate that! Hope to continue!
@@GregSalazar likewise my friend. I’ll be here to support for as long as you persist. Much love!
Hi you are quite helpful with these videos, I've learn a lot from them!!!!😎
Great show. Think I have watched them all.
What a roller-coaster!!
Oh my goodness.
Greg.
I run a repair shop out of my home and I have gotten this EXACT issue in before.
Thanks for the good content. Love ya Greg x
Thanks for another great season! I'm waiting for my mates' rigs to go down so I can get stuck into having a go at fixing them... No luck yet
Hey Greg big fan been watching for a while, regarding the cooler, since I'm using the same one, it's less beefy above the ram when placed on the side the viewer had, so it makes fitting the fans and the cooler generally way easier since the cooler is so beefy. Thanks for the amazing series 👊🏼
awsome video, i run a similar rig. i found the video very infor, ative. although i didnt build this pc myself, whem it comes time to upgrade and change parts, i know where to go for pc advice. thank you so much from a new pc owner.
That's one thing I still don't like about building still - all the weird little cables for the case and fans, etc. The big stuff is easy, but the little ones are sometimes confusing.
Thank you for all you're videos
I love the FoF series keep doing them !!
Didn't hear the sound you were talking about at the beginning over the video. It was clear the whole video from my TV I guess buying a expensive TV paid off lol
Thank you for your F O F series.
Greg, I love your videos.
You one of the best youtubers keep going on 🙏🏽
The audio is bearable, don't fret, thank you for another intriguing Fix or Flop!
Really sorry about it!
@@GregSalazar We love you bruv ❤❤
Don't forget that you sorted out the orientation of the Noctua logo. Big fix.
If you need someone to do this in Northeast Georgia, give me a hollar!! Love the videos Greg!!
