The crew (Tyler, Jess and Mac) have learned that The House are transporting a car equipped with a new piece of technology that may be a key component in bringing them down. This calls for one thing: acquire the car, get hold of the tech and dent The House's plans. The Highway Heist is one of the set piece moments that takes place within *Need for Speed *Payback's single player campaign which follows the story of Tyler, Jess and Mac as they set out to bring down The House.

Except with health bars, rather than actually having to make them crash into things and vehicle damage worse than a game thats over 10 years old. Not good. They should have just made a standalone Burnout that follows the arcade flow of the good ones rather than a weak mix of 2 games that filled two different niches

hyped for this game the last one was bad because it was always raining and night
ThvtRvndomGuy the last one was just like EVERYBODY wanted it to be. Just like Underground 1&2. The only thing that was a bit of a bummer to me was that there wasn't enough cars and customization options and the way to get the money was stupid
Lol, most people did not like the last game, it was not what everyone wanted it to be, a game will never be what everyone wants it to be because everybody has different view points, I have been playing NFS since Underground, and honestly this game does not look too bad, this is 6 months before the actual release, be patient.
Undying Trash i dont think everyone wanted a game solely about drifting. I honestly spend more time customizing cars in this game than racing. Yeah ok you want to make a drifting nfs fair enough. But dont even add fwd cars. And dont make it always night time, atleast add a day and night cycle so it doesnt seem do dark and depressing. Make there actually be a story. If everything was just race, win, lose cops on and on its gonna get boring real fast. Nfs15 might have had a story but i beat the game and couldn't peace it together other than doing certain races for certain people will unlock some abilitys and upgrades. The thing i liked was customizing and the live action cutscenes tho. If they'd put that level of customization into future games i would definetly buy them for sure.
I so agree with you, this one LOOKS like the story won't be filled with cringey characters, and won't be repetitive. But I'm only judging off of a few minutes of game play
