Good afternoon, this is really useful. One question please. If an email address isn't a standard first name / last name, the system doesn't seem to pick up how to personalise the message. For example if recipient has an address that doesn't follow a first name / last name format, how do we personalise? Thank you.
We send invites for large events to loads of recipients so its great for GDPR the other names are hidden, but to make invites more attractive can we format the invite: colours, pictures etc, without the macros pulling out the formatting and leaving it as a plain text invite?

Yes, attendees can accept and reject invitations the same way as usual.
