Seniors say that changing companies is the fastest way to increasing our pay top companies in each industry pays the most so how to get into them hired by them early on in career ? What do they look for in candidates other than technical skills and how to create a personality which suitable for their organization ie makes us hard to overlook in interview process..

Now to answer the 1st part of your question - At the outset, one way to get into a top company at the beginning of your career, you should try to have more than 60% marks throughout your academic career since some top companies may have this selection criteria. Then try to acquire a professional degree i.e CA or BE/B Tech/MBA from a decent institute wherein these top companies visit as part of their campus recruitment drive. If you can clear their campus recruitment interview and join them, it will give you a perfect head start to your career. To answer the 2nd part of your question - If you have experience in a certain area, you have to apply and get yourself selected through lateral hiring process in these top companies. @@abinashkumarsingh-kolkata Insightful but sry to have not informed about my situation in details - actually i have completed my internship in mep hvac after diploma in mechanical some years bck so due to career gap i am trying to get back into my industry through LinkedIn networking so keen to know how to get hired by top company in such a situation without undermining my own skills and market myself properly.. how to build connection ..
Industry can be tough on people having a career gap. However, you should take this as a challenge. Hope you have also uploaded your CV at Naukri and are updating the same on a regular basis? If not please do so. Also keep on looking for openings in Naukri and apply. Similarly you must be applying for vacancies in linkedin too.
