4. Don't say you are looking for salary hike at this stage.

Thanks . Also wanted to share a thing most of the time I personally feel when HR calls for a job , they directly asks are you looking for a change? and start asking CTC part notice period and all but they don't tell company name
Most of the time I found that the call was for C2H position , payroll of hiring partner company ( incase hiring for good stable companies) Instead,
First they should tell the company name let the candidate decide whether he is interested further or not..
