so what part of town did you find that apartment for those prices, I am looking to move there around this summer or sooner if possible. looking for a two bedroom like that one with two baths for around the same price. can you adivce?

Great video! Love the place! I am very jealous here in frigid New Jersey! So, I'm not complaining or judging, but I thought it was pretty funny when you were showing the master bedroom and commented about the beautiful view, however you didn't lift the shade to show the view. ;)

How did you get the apt? I know you need a Colombian co-signer act so I hear it's difficult to actually rent and stay in Colombia long term

I appreciate you. Moving there in October. Reserved an air bnb for 4 months do you think that’s enough time to actively find a rental? Also I have a cocker spaniel. I know he will enjoy the balcony as well.

I would recommend avoiding the agency unless you have a Colombian cedula or ID.

If you were to purchase your apartment, what would be the purchasing price?
I don't know but purchasing here seem like a bad idea. I would rather keep moving to new buildings since they build so many out here all the time.
Is the $500 for just rent? If you cooked at home 20/30 days what is total monthly cost?
