When I was kid over sixty years ago I loved midget racers. Remember seeing one on a trailer in a gas station.
That is the most dangerous thing that I have ever seen doing a History Channel host.
Mike isn't looking for stuff for the shop here, he's looking for his toys.
I'm surprised the owner sold it!
That takes some guts taking fast corners in a field! If that thing rolls over you've got a broken neck.. Plus in grassy fields you can't see any divots that could throw the car.
He used a car salesman tactic; “take it for a drive, first!”
I can see in the old mans eyes that a little touch in his heart that its hard to let go on something that has been a part of your life.
This man said “what do they call it HGH” 😂
I can't believe Mike paid $28,000 before having that race car appraised!
28k for a go-cart is insane but everyone acts like this is the best deal ever for both parties. I seriously doubt thats the case though. I just cant see 10k+ in all the other things asides from the engine. No way anyones paying 30k+ just so they can break even.
That’s my best friends house, dad and grandpa!! It’s cool to see them write a fat check to someone who deserves it!!!! Awesome
Wow, what a find. A piece of Americana.
These are the car owners we must protect at all costs! These cars are meant to be driven, proceeds to do just that
Worth lots more as a 1936 Harley-Davidson Knucklehead motorcycle.
That was insane in the field, he was hauling!!!
This was one of the Best Pickers I saw! Straight Price and no hagaling on either side....Had to be a good price..I am sure if Frank was buying he would have started at 14.5K. I would love to see the follow up show on value...Does it exist? I have looked.
That is just flat out cool!!
One of my favorite picks. That's awesome
That car is absolutely beautiful. What a rocket!
