When prices are too far away from their pe ratio, they will fall even if nifty is going up. Prices of irctc, coforge, srf will crash one day and some cnbc analyst will even say that the stock crash because some maid ran away with her boy friend . Always prepare for a correction having a counter strategy. I am doing very good in stock market and i only watch prs which is 5% and iam 95% obsessed with charts. Let any crash come...i will face it head on.
@King Dracovich start with small capital and when you know technicals and many other things and the skill to make profits , go for big capital. RJ made from 10000 rupees 10000 crores .. so big capital is a big risk...
The problem of Evergrande is not small Sir. It's debt of $300 billion USD is equivalent to almost 2% of China GDP. It employs 2 lakh people and owes money to 128 Banks and 121 NBFCs. In a way it is good that it's debt is spread out and banks/NBFCs will be able to tide over it since their share will be smaller. But equally worrisome is the fact that not one worthy financial entity will remain untouched by it so smaller or stressed banks will get their NPAs. Also, Chinese govt is in no mood to help because they see this as inordinate and mindless use of capital by Evergrande management. So 3 factors are cause for concern- 1) huge number of people employed 2) huge size of debt 3) Govt's resolve to not step in. However, if at all situation worsens it will NOT be a sudden collapse but gradual fall since Chinese govt will definitaley regulate bad news fall out.
I don’t think Evergrande issue is less severe, the reason being it is about their debt’s and they have taken debt’s from bank which has money of common people which indirectly affects everyone.
Timely correction is healthy for stock market. Whatever be the situation world over, Market bound to go up ultimately. If we compare DOW which is 6.5% down from top. Our market correction of 6.5% from top means 16700.🤘🏻🤘
Let me put only one Technical aspect. Today Nifty closed around a level which is 50% retracement of the recent fall from ATH. There is a high probability that it may resume its fall and touch 17000 within 2-3 days.
Realy.. true..bz i was finding all over the web what are the upcoming issues in the markets around 4 to 5 hrs..infact i did not able to conculde how every issue impact on our market.... now when i see this vedio i came to know my five hrs were waste..
